69s
“``Saints, where are our interest and our affections invested? Are we going through the motions with our heart elsewhere? Only God knows, and that ought to stir us, scare us awake. Amen. Only God knows that ought to scare me awake. If we have any money, where have we put it? Do we really invest in the kingdom of God? Do we give the ease our conscience? We believe that investing in the kingdom of God is number one, but do we? Where is our real home and the center of our life? It's not enough to be fighting for the truth, helping others to receive it. We must ask ourselves this morning, are we ourselves living it and wholly committed to it? Which side of Jordan is your home?”
71s
“Everything they settled for here, they lost it in the end. The tribe of the Reubenites, Gadites, half tribe of Manasseh, settled on this side to only to participate, to find out in the end, they lost everything they tried to keep on this side. Church, to participate is a teach. It's a sing. It's to usher. It does it does not mean that we possess what God has promised and desires for you and I. Let's get serious this morning with ourselves and with God. Let's ask ourselves, where are we living? Have we conquered living on this side of victory, but not possessing it? Is our worship an act? Is our shout an act? Is our amens an act? While our heart is on the other side of Jordan.”
42s
“You know, I'd like to point a finger at them, but I don't think we have the right to. I'm not sure, but what how many of us have said, you know, I know God's promises. I know God's commands. I know what the word of God says. But just in case it doesn't work, I have a backup plan. Are you with me, saints? Yes. We will participate in helping you. We'll fight your battles, but again, if you lose, our backup plan is on the other side of Jordan. They were participators, but not possessors.”
57s
“God, don't let me preach something I don't live. Don't let let me live what I preach and preach what I live. It's either right or it's wrong. It's either right and if it's right, then let's follow it. Let's possess it. Let's possess and quit being only a participator. Saints of God, it would be a terrible thing, maybe not to settle down in the world, but to settle down on its borders and to find as as these tribes that we read about did. That in the end, that the world beside, which they so willingly sat down, think about it, At last, sweeps over them.”
