James one six said, but let him ask in faith with no doubting for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. Some of us, we need to pray for faith. And when we pray that we're not looking at ourselves, but we're looking at God. K? The object of our faith. That's what's important because the bible says, you know, we fail faith as small as mustard seed that we can say to the mountain, move, and it will move. It's not because we can move the mountain. It's because of the object by faith is Jesus Christ, god, who is able to move the mountain. [00:44:03] (36 seconds)  #FaithNotDoubt Download clip

Psalm one sixteen one and two, I love the lord because he has heard my voice and my pleas for mercy. Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore, I will call on him as long as I live. He's not just like, okay. You can you you can comment. He's inclining. I want you to picture this and imprint this in your mind. God is inclining his ear. Amen. Romans eight thirty four, who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died. More than that, who was raised, who's at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. If you ever thought that Jesus, you know, now that he's back with the father, he's kinda hanging out, lounging, you know, drinking some nice cold drink. No. He's praying for us. He's interceding for us. This very moment. [00:55:54] (27 seconds)  #JesusIntercedes Download clip

Also, can keep your prayers simple, short, and sweet. Triple s. Simple, short, and sweet. K? As exemplify in some of the most powerful prayers in the Bible. Joshua's prayer. Remember his prayer? Son, stand still at Gibeon and moon in the Valley Of Aijalon. That was his prayer. And guess what? God stopped the sun and the moon. Did he plead for an hour? Like, try no. That that was his prayer and god stopped the sun and the moon so that he could win the battle against the enemy. What was Jesus' prayer? Lazarus, come out. I think it is so important to to to pray with thanksgiving. It puts the focus away from ourselves, from our circumstances, from our emotions, and puts it all on god, on who he is. When you spend the first few minutes thanking god and counting your blessings, guess what? The rest of the time of your prayer is gonna be very different because you're starting with thank you. Thank you, god. Thank you, Jesus. [01:15:15] (27 seconds)  #StartWithThanks Download clip

By the way, the best way to hear God you know, some of us like, yeah, I I'm trying to pray. I don't really hear God. Well, try reading the Bible because God will speak to you through the scripture, through his word. Because what does Bible say by the way? Everything else passes away, but his word remains forever. You can't go wrong. [01:08:22] (26 seconds)  #HearGodInScripture Download clip

Listen. I wanna know I want you to know that you can have conversations with god just like with the with with other people. So when you have conversation with your spouse, with your friend, know that we can have conversation with God as well. And all and and so I want all of us to feel more confident when we're talking to God. [00:41:46] (19 seconds)  #TalkToGodLikeAFriend Download clip

Jeremiah twenty nine twelve. I know most of us know twenty nine eleven, but twenty nine twelve is just as good, if not better. Because god says, then you will call upon me and come and pray to me and I will hear you. I will. That I might hear you or if if I'm not busy, maybe no. He will hear you.
