By consciously changing our stance—both physically and mentally—we open ourselves up to receive God's guidance and presence. This simple act can transform our spiritual and emotional state. Often, our physical stance can reflect our mental state, and by consciously changing our posture, we can open ourselves up to God's presence. Similarly, shifting our gaze or attention from our immediate problems to God's promises can transform our outlook and spiritual health. [08:02]

Psalm 95:6-7 (ESV): "Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker! For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand."
