#BringWhatYouHave
“``God does not ask you to bring what you don't have. God asks you to bring what you do have. Your hands, your heart, your compassion, your presence, and then place that in Jesus' hands because that's where nothing but becomes enough. That's where scarcity begins to give way to abundance. That's where frightened people become a community. And that is where we discover that we have never as alone or as empty as we thought. Friends, offer what you have and trust Jesus to bless it.”

#NothingButIsEnough
“Because chances are, sometime this week, you're gonna look at your life and think, I have nothing but. Nothing but the energy I have left. Nothing but the time I can spare. Nothing but the resources I can offer. Nothing but a little courage, nothing but one small act of kindness. And when you do, remember the disciples. Remember the bread, remember the storm, and remember this. God does not ask you to bring what you don't have. God asks you to bring what you do have. Your hands, your heart, your compassion, your presence, and then place that in Jesus' hands because that's where nothing but becomes enough.”

#CompassionInAction
“We show up because compassion is not an idea. It's a practice. It's a way of life. It's what we do when storms hit. And friends, here is the promise. The very same God who multiplied bread will bless and multiply what we offer. That's what we hear this morning. The same God who fed thousands can feed hope into our community. The same God who met the crowds with compassion will meet us with compassion For you see this story isn't just about bread. It's about trust. It's about compassion. It's about the God who steps into our not enough and shows us that we're not alone. And what we have is not meaningless.”

#GodSeesPossibility
“But Jesus doesn't see nothing Jesus sees what's possible when what we have is placed in God's hands. He takes what we have, what we wish we had. In the story, he takes us. He blesses it. He breaks it, and he gives it. And suddenly, scarcity becomes abundance. Not because the disciples were impressive, not because they solved the problem, but because Jesus stepped into their not enough and made it more than enough.”
