#SpeakLifeGrace
“``See, words are powerful. Speech is powerful. Think about Genesis one. Spoken word. When God spoke, things came into existence. Out of nothing, things were created. There is something powerful about speech, rhema, spoken word. So what are we speaking into existence? What are we saying? What are we conveying? Let's choose to be people who show unmerited favor with our words. Let's choose to be people that show grace, just just like Jesus has shown grace to us. Just like Jesus died on the cross for all of us. That we didn't deserve grace. We didn't deserve the gift of grace, but we have it. And sometimes we forget. We forget that we've been forgiven by the blood of Jesus. We forget that once we were in darkness, but now we're in light. We forget that, you know, we were transformed. And it's easy to fall back.”

#KingdomMindset
“But see, the kingdom of god is the total opposite. The kingdom is flipped. We are supposed to be people that are humble. We are supposed to be people that are servants, that we have a posture of humility. You know, we have a God that came down to serve. We have a king of kings. Just think about this for a moment. The creator of everything, the creator of of the universe came down to serve. That's the example Jesus gives us. See, kingdom mindset is the total opposite is I'm a praise you first before I praise myself. I'll let you go first before I go. No, you first. It's it's about building each other. It's about helping each other. It's about building people to encounter god. Right? It's about building people to get to know who Jesus is.”

#CheckYourHeart
“If our speech is negative, if our speech is destructive, if our speech doesn't build anyone up and is tearing people down, there may be underlying things happening inside of us. There may be things that we really need to ask ourselves. Am I bitter? Am I bitter about something? Am I bitter about maybe maybe there's trauma in your life and you've never dealt with it, there there's just bitterness inside you. Am I jealous? Am I jealous of people or am I jealous of others? Am I angry? Am I angry at someone? You ask yourself, what is hap what's what's going on in my heart? If you feel all these things, there may be decay happening. Something might be rotten within you. Something needs to be fixed that only Jesus can take care of.”

#GossipTemptation
“And although, as I'm saying, gossip is rotten. When we first encounter gossip though, it's a little sweet, isn't it? See, this verse tells us something important that when we gossip or when we encounter gossip, it feels good. It's like eating your favorite dessert. There's something satisfying about hearing information that you were not supposed to know or to know the scoop or the tea or the inside on someone's life. Is there something that that makes us feel important. See, gossip can make us feel superior. There can be a sense of power of having the inside scoop on somebody or having the dirt, information that nobody else has. And see, if we're not careful about this, it can become part of who we are. It can become part of our identity.”
