#RaiseUpLeaders
“The point is you are training not next generation. You're training the present generation of the church. You look around like these kids aren't just here on Wednesday nights, consuming. They're serving. They're leading. Honestly, they make you look bad. They're taking notes in my sermon. Last week, I had people texting and emailing me. I missed that. It was kind of a there was a lot in a little time. And there was some that are like, hey. I missed this. Can I get the the other point? We sent 49 kids to Camp RealLife. Eight of those made decisions and got baptized. Children of pagan parents are professing Jesus and becoming peer leaders. Can't say anymore because we're live.”

“And as we as we look at, this next slide, we come back. This is Chitongo in the background. You see those brick buildings? This is 2024. That that child there, his name is Johrene. She was blind in 2016 as an infant. She came there for the first time, and I I have a tons I can do yeah. I can give you tons of photos of Johrene. She's just she can't stare at the camera because she's blind, congenitally blind in both eyes. We took her to the city, and she got cataract surgery. And here she is. Now she's in school. She's she's with other children. This is what God begins start starting to develop if we just go, you know what? I I believe God can use me for worldwide impact.”

#AnswerTheCall
“``I remember this time, I was I was in a quiet meeting. Somebody's phone starts going off. I'm, like, looking around the room kind of annoyed after a few minutes and, like, come on. Get your phone. And it just kept going off and somebody tapped me and they pointed to my phone. I'm, oh. It's me. It was some other app. I didn't recognize the notification and somebody was calling me and I, you've gotta know, your your phone is ringing. God is calling you. You might be, no. No. No. That's someone else. That's pastor Seth. He's crazy. He he adopts kids and deals with the foster care system and no. That's for him. Well, maybe that is for me and for you, there's some other scary thing. But the phone is ringing, and God's calling you to do God's calling you to be an ambassador for Christ. Maybe you need to tell someone about Jesus. Don't be weird about it, but maybe start with inviting them to church, seeing where they stand.”

#AmbassadorsOfChrist
“Ambassadors of Christ. Ambassadors, by the way, are representatives of the kingdom. Ambassadors don't get to control the kingdom. The king does. Ambassadors are sent to do the king's work, are sent to to represent the kingdom's values. So we are called to respond to wherever we see Jesus working and represent heaven there. That's how we bring heaven to earth. In other words, sometimes we are called to go into the places of hell and bring heaven there. When the bible says the gates of hell can't can't withstand the church, he's speaking probably more eschatologically. But when we're here on Earth, the power is the same. Don't allow Satan to make you so afraid that you won't do hard things for the kingdom of God.”

“Point number three, sin brought number one is what? Sin brought hell to earth. Number two is Jesus brought heaven to earth. Number three, the church is the body of Christ bringing heaven to earth. This is your job, y'all. If we don't get this right, we become self centered. We become a dead church. The second that we're so excited about what we're doing here that we forget about the people outside, we have failed at what God has called us to do because the church is the body of Christ bringing heaven to Earth.”

#StandStrongInFaith
“When you see this forcefully advancing, this means that there is resistance. There is resistance because we have an enemy. The kingdom has an enemy, and he wants to pull you back in fear. He wants to pull you back in shame. He wants to make you feel like, no. You can't do that. You're not good enough. But I believe God has empowered you. He has gifted you. You are the strong man that the bible is talking about. Somebody next to you, you are that strong man. Even if it's your wife, you are that strong man. Because you're the part of the body of Christ. He will give you everything you need.”

#MissionsAreCalling
“I I I know the pictures look cool of Uganda, and we're supposed to be going this week Thanks to Ebola, next to hell on earth. We couldn't go. We had hoped to we had hoped for the for the medical personnel over there to be able to continue without us, but the, ministry of health in Uganda said there's just no way we can do this safely in a village with Ebola out there. So everything got bumped to next year. And yet the pictures look cute, but there's a lot of days that it's difficult. Sometimes days I gotta go to the the latrine just to cry and get myself together to go back, you know, when a child dies or something. I'm not special. Special. I I got got you you gotta gotta know know that. That. God has appointments like that for you. For every single one of you, God has appointments, big things for you if you just answer the call.”

#GlobalPovertyAwareness
“I'm gonna quickly give you some other some other facts that kind of I realize we have kind of a myopic view because we live in America. We don't perceive things the same way. In fact, some people think, why are we even bothering in Africa? We have so many needs here. We do. I'll get to that. We visited we visited a family in 2022 in Uganda, and the child comes in from working. I said the child comes in from working. He's 13 years old. He makes 80¢ a day working in the gold mine. Meanwhile, there's Mercedes driving by and stuff. Those are the owners and the the supervisors of the gold mine, the slave owners, I would call. And this child is the sole provider for his family, 80¢ a day. His dad ran off. He stepped up. He can't go to school. This is reality. I'm gonna tell you that globally, of the world lives on $8 a day. 3,820,000,000 people. Why is that my problem? I'm expressing that there is a lot of hell on earth. We can't fix it. God has given us the opportunity to do something within our scope of influence.”
