We have the greatest commander-in-chief that has ever lived in Jesus Christ. And it is his love, it is his heart, it is his joy to make sure that his children are clothed properly. Not just for their safety, but for their victory. But for their joy that is found in Christ alone. [00:46:50] (31 seconds)  #GreatestCommanderInChrist

Paul is saying something is coming. This is not time to sit on the sidelines and just kind of hope that nothing happens to you. He’s saying, no, be strong in this moment. And it’s not in your strength. It’s in his strength and his might and in his power. [00:49:07] (18 seconds)  #StrengthInHisPower

Faith doesn’t prevent attacks. Faith doesn’t prevent attacks. It quenches them, allowing us to be standing firm without catching on fire. [01:04:43] (21 seconds)  #ArmorOnAlways

The helmet of salvation. It protects our head. It protects our thoughts. It protects our identity. It is a life-giving tool that reminds us of salvation, that reminds us of who we once were, but who we are now. And when that helmet is on, nothing can hit it, nothing can penetrate it. In fact, it’s guarded by the God of peace. And you’re able not just to stand in that moment, but you’re able to have clarity as you stand. [01:06:08] (43 seconds)  #FullyClothedInChrist

And so what it doesn’t say is that there’s a time frame to get dressed and to get undressed it says put it on it never says take it off and so when you go to bed you better believe you have the full armor on and when you wake up you better remember that that belt of truth is fastened to you quickly that your heart is covered by that breastplate that your mind is secure with that helmet that you have a defense mechanism that is the shield of faith and that you do have an armor and a weapon which is the word of truth. [01:13:04] (37 seconds)  #RepentAndBeClothed
