#ServantLeadership
“I want you to think about that. Because in our world, we say, go into the interview like you already have a job. Climb the corporate ladder. Don't let anybody tell you you can't do it. Nobody puts baby in a corner. But here's the thing, the savior of the world was there at creation. He created the world and yet he came as the most vulnerable, a baby. He was there and a part of the triune God, and yet he washed his disciples' feet. He held children in his arms. is a servant. He's called us to be a servant.”

#HumbleLikeChrist
“He was worried about appearances. We often worry about appearances and God says no. That's what the problem was. So many people had a hard time with Jesus because why? He didn't look or do what they thought he was going to do. You and I need to be a servant, and it is not always easy. It is not always easy. This is a perfect picture of the downward path of Christ. Not that he did wrong things and he was going down the wrong path. This is different. He took a downward level. He decided to be the lowest of all to serve others. It is less of me and more of you.”

#GloryThroughUnity
“But sometimes we want so much to be the center of attention that we forget that it is through unity that God is glorified. We heard last week in the sermon that it is through Christ preached is Christ praised. See, God is the one. His spirit is the one who touches a light. It is not a speaker. It is through that speaker that God speaks, And we don't need to get the glory for it.”

#LoveInAction
“We, with love and kindness, keep each other like minded. We have to stay in that way. We need to share his word with everyone that we brush shoulder shoulders with. It means welcoming others with the love of the Lord, that everyone who brushes shoulders with the soldiers, the members, the adherents of the Fountain Square Corps should know that we are Christians by our love.”
