#ChooseEternalLife
“Jesus didn't come to take that death away. You see our God has a much bigger experience for us to have. And death doesn't mean death now, in this lifetime, It means eternal death. Eternal separation from God. That's what Christ overcame. Now, I don't know about you, but if I had a choice, I'd choose eternal life over eternal death. Right? I mean, that only makes sense. What Jesus came to tell us is the only way and Jesus being God, the only way is through God that we can be reconciled and experience this gift of life. So Christ came that he may give us new life, life that restores our connection to God, our creator for eternity. That's what we celebrate, conquering eternal death.”

#JesusMeetsYou
“When Jesus said that it is finished, his work was continuing. The sacrifice wasn't all there was. The fact that he came back and part of Jesus' ministry, part of his mission is to meet people right where they are. Jesus met Mary Magdalene, Peter, and the other disciple right where they were in the pain of grieving, in their total confusion about what was taking place. He met them in their fear and their panic of what was this. Jesus meets us today right where we are. Whether we understand fully or not, he comes to meet us and we celebrate today. We celebrate at the Lord's table that gift that he gave us. The gift to understand eternal life, a gift that only Jesus can give, an eternity with our creator.”
