Revelation 1:3 (NLT):
"God blesses the one who reads the words of this prophecy to the church, and he blesses all who listen to its message and obey what it says, for the time is near."

Reflection: Are you making time each day to read, listen to, and obey God’s Word, especially the book of Revelation? What step can you take today to prioritize this blessing in your life?

Day 2: The Deception and Counterfeit Nature of the Antichrist

The Antichrist will rise as a great counterfeit, imitating Christ’s resurrection and wielding global influence through charisma, miracles, and deception, but ultimately falling short of God’s perfection. His number, 666, symbolizes the imperfection of man and the futility of his attempts to rival Jesus, who alone is perfect. Despite the Antichrist’s power and the world’s worship, believers are called to keep their eyes on Jesus, not on the counterfeit, and to remember that Christ’s victory is certain. The world may be shaken, but Jesus remains the author and perfecter of our faith, and no counterfeit can stop what He has begun in us. [08:40]

Revelation 13:11-18 (NLT):
"Then I saw another beast come up out of the earth. He had two horns like those of a lamb, but he spoke with the voice of a dragon. He exercised all the authority of the first beast, and he required all the earth and its people to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed. He did astounding miracles, even making fire flash down to earth from the sky while everyone was watching. And with all the miracles he was allowed to perform on behalf of the first beast, he deceived all the people who belong to this world. He ordered the people to make a great statue of the first beast, who was fatally wounded and then came back to life. He was then permitted to give life to this statue so that it could speak. Then the statue of the beast commanded that anyone refusing to worship it must die. He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name. Wisdom is needed here. Let the one with understanding solve the meaning of the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. His number is 666."

The enemy may wage war against the saints, but God’s people are not left without hope; their names are written in the Lamb’s book of life, and their victory is secure in Christ. Now is the time to strengthen your faith and resolve, so you can stand firm when trials come. [13:19]

"Then I saw a beast rising up out of the sea. It had seven heads and ten horns, with ten crowns on its horns. And written on each head were names that blasphemed God. This beast looked like a leopard, but it had the feet of a bear and the mouth of a lion! And the dragon gave the beast his own power and throne and great authority. I saw that one of the heads of the beast seemed wounded beyond recovery—but the fatal wound was healed! The whole world marveled at this miracle and gave allegiance to the beast. They worshiped the dragon for giving the beast such power, and they also worshiped the beast. 'Who is as great as the beast?' they exclaimed. 'Who is able to fight against him?' Then the beast was allowed to speak great blasphemies against God. And he was given authority to do whatever he wanted for forty-two months. Anyone who is destined for prison will be taken to prison. Anyone destined to die by the sword will die by the sword. This means that God’s holy people must endure persecution patiently and remain faithful."

The mark is not something that can be taken accidentally; it is a deliberate choice to worship and submit to the beast. The severity of the coming tribulation and the finality of this decision highlight the urgency of choosing Christ now, while mercy is available. God’s Word makes it clear: today is the day of salvation, and delaying that decision risks facing judgment without hope. [36:10]

"Then a third angel followed them, shouting, 'Anyone who worships the beast and his statue or who accepts his mark on the forehead or on the hand must drink the wine of God’s anger. It has been poured full strength into God’s cup of wrath. And they will be tormented with fire and burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and the Lamb. The smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever, and they will have no relief day or night, for they have worshiped the beast and his statue and have accepted the mark of his name.'"

Salvation is simple: believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and you will be saved. Do not wait for a more convenient time or for more evidence—today is the acceptable time to respond to God’s invitation and secure your eternal destiny. [42:47]

"For he says, 'In a favorable time I listened to you, and in a day of salvation I have helped you.' Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation."

“Despite all the torment they put the world through, all the persecution they bring upon the tribulation saints, they have a destiny of destruction. So here's some good news. Revelation 20, verse 10. Here's their end right now. It says, Then the devil, who had deceived them, was thrown into the fiery lake of burning sulfur, joining the beast and the false prophet. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. There's no escaping that.”

“The purpose of the mark of the beast is a mandated economic system that is cashless. You won't be able to buy or sell without it. So anyone tells you, oh, if you get that tattoo, or if you get an iPhone, you know, the Apple logo has an Apple bit, and just like Eve bit the Apple, you got the mark of the beast in your hand. No, just because you have this phone doesn't mean you pledge your allegiance to worship the Antichrist.”

“When it is released and it is forced upon people to take, it is a permanent and visible sign that you have pledged your life in total allegiance to the Antichrist. Those are the two things. Marking property is nothing new. People have done it all throughout history. The Nazis did it with the Jews during the Holocaust and branding them. Gangs do it in their tattoos to show their allegiance and their affiliation and in a way who they worship. Slavery was done like that. It's nothing new throughout all of history. People with evil hearts and places of power and authority abuse human control. And when this is released during the great tribulation, it's gonna be like nothing the world has ever seen.”

“All who refuse to receive the mark of the beast will die, will be killed. The other side of that is all those who receive the mark of the beast have sealed their eternal destination to be hell. Can you take the mark of the beast by accident? No. You will know what you're receiving and taking as that mark. You will know who you're pledging total allegiance to.”

“What got everybody to take that vax? Fear of dying. What's going to get everybody to take the mark? Fear of being killed. This is why you got to know the one who beat death—his name is Jesus.”

But it's this, if you believe in your heart and speak out of your mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord, you and yours will be saved. That's how easy it is.”
