#DailyDevotion
“``Walking with god is not one great decision. It's a thousand daily devotion, daily decisions. You don't have to understand everything god says to you. You just simply have to obey. That's all god wants is for us to obey. He's saying, come closer. Come closer. You don't have to understand what god's getting ready to do. Well, god, if I come closer, what's gonna happen? Are you getting ready to bless me? Are you getting ready to heal me? God, you're to spank me? God, what is going to happen? He never, you don't have to ask that question. Just come closer. Whatever god has for you is for your good. And then every time I've gotten closer to god, miracles begin to happen.”

#ChooseYourEternity
“as we start looking at this and really the the foundation what I want to share this morning is that everybody is choosing an eternal destination. It's not just about where we're to go to church. It's not what are we going to do after church or what lunch we're going to have. We're looking at this morning choosing your eternity. See, the amazing thing that eternity isn't chosen at the cemetery. It's not chosen at the funeral home. It's not even chosen in the last five minutes of your life. Your eternity is chosen by the way you live each and every day. We're going to walk with god or or we're not gonna walk with god. We either draw closer to him or moving further away from him. Everyone of us has a choice either to be obedient to god or be disobedient. To pray or gossip. Compromise or surrender. Every step we take chooses our destination.”

#WalkToHeaven
“God moved in both men's lives. One man walked with god and god took him. The other man barely escaped Sodom and lost everything they had. Both had help from god but they chose two very different paths. You don't just choose where they're gonna reach heaven. You have to choose how you're gonna walk to heaven. Some people think that they can get to heaven being lazy. By being unfaithful to god. By being disobedient to god. By doing whatever they want, whenever they want. Then there's others that are choosing to get to heaven by daily walking with him. Daily devotions by being a fanatic for Christ.”

#ServeJesusDaily
“See, church, everyone of us is choosing our forever. Not someday but right now today but how you live. By the choices that you make, It's one prayer, one surrender, one act of obedience, one more step, one more act of faith, and then god called him home. It's not about where do you wanna spend eternity. I saw a poll one time that said, 85% of people say they're gonna go to heaven. But when they ask him how they're gonna get to heaven, is around 30%. Talks about being right with god. It's not about where do you want to go for eternity. The question that I'm asking this morning is what path you've chosen to get there? Are you truly making the right choices today? Are you just planning somehow, another, you just figure, you just keep going the way you're going, and you're hopefully stumbling at the pearly gates? It doesn't work like that. You must intentionally serve Jesus.”

#ObeyRegardless
“Everybody was not agreeing with Enoch. Everybody was not choosing to walk as Enoch. He obeyed when others chose not to. You must obey even when others choose not to. Somebody doesn't wanna be faithful to god. Somebody just wants to visit church on Mother's Day, Easter, or Christmas. You've gotta make up your mind and serve him every single day. Soon as you wake up in the morning, you gotta say good morning, Jesus. You go to bed at night, good night, lord. Thank you for watching over me. See, you look to this. He trusted god without seeing the immediate results of his faith. He just obeyed.”

#ObedientNotPerfect
“Yes, there's some that have a form of godliness but the Bible said they deny the power thereof. God isn't looking for perfect people. He's looking for obedient people. When they fail, they repent. When they stumble, they get back up. When they don't understand, they keep on walking. See, beating people. Don't quit. I've come too far to give up now. Hallelujah. I've gotta keep on going. Can anybody relate? You're not perfect. That's okay. God never called you to be perfect. You've made some mistakes. That's okay. God didn't want you to make those mistakes but you did. But if you come to god now, he'll help you walk uprightly.”

#ServeWithoutReward
“Would you serve god if he never blessed you again? He's already blessed you enough for you to serve him for the rest of your life. He's already blessed you enough. Even if he never blesses you again, you ought to serve him for the rest of your life. But the thing is, he blesses every single day. He's guiding us. He's directing us. Sometime the old man wants to get tired. Sometime the old man wants to rear back up and do some things. But the spirit of god is right there to say no. Stay on the path, my son. Stay on the path, my daughter.”

#FaithfulnessMatters
“He pleased god. God honored his faith. God publicly testified concerning his walk. God notices faithfulness that the world ignores. These people call you crazy. They can't understand why you go to church and have a good time. To them, going to the club is a good time. Getting drunk with your buddies, that's a good time. And they don't understand. You come to god and enjoying a church service. A worship service. In their mind, you're crazy. But god honors your faithfulness. That you come and receive from him. Not only do you come to church to get a blessing but you come to church to to be a blessings. You leave your burden at the altar and you get up in faith and you go around shaking hands, welcoming somebody, encouraging somebody. See, when we come to church, it's not all about us.”
