#GodIsForYou
“Now like us on the other hand, you know, we're we're living in the, like, the real world. Right? And sometimes we get a little bit jaded. I don't know about you guys, but, you know, it's kids don't understand war. They don't understand poverty. They don't understand politics. They don't understand all that stuff. They don't care. But like here we are adults, we're in the real world and and we do deal with those things. But even in the midst of that, we need to learn to trust our father. Because the thing is this, God is for you. No matter what you're going through, like, God God works everything out for your benefit. And I'm not just, like, saying that to make you feel good. Like, that's his nature. He is good. Even when you're going through hard things, he's good. Everything he is working out for your good, for your benefit. He cares. He doesn't miss anything. we need to learn to trust him.”

#JesusWelcomesChildren
“I don't think that maturity in our faith looks like we get super grumpy and super serious. I think it looks like Jesus. Jesus was interrupted by the by the children. He said, bring them. Bring them. His children are gonna come up and be all serious with you. What do they wanna do? They wanna come up. They wanna mess with you, play with you. You know what I mean? Like, we need to be like that. What is more humble than a child? The crazy thing is Jesus humbled himself, and he came as a child. It's wild. It's wild to think about.”

#ChildlikeHumility
“So the challenge is to become more childlike. You know, I think kingdom maturity looks like as we start to mature what a good, like, marker is for for maturing is if we become more childlike. Because everything that I went through, the opposite of that is pride. Every single one. And Jesus invites us into humility. He says, be humble like this child. And I think also we have a bad idea what humility is. Humility isn't thinking of myself less. It's thinking about myself less. There you go.”

#BecomeChildlike
“How many of you want to enter the kingdom of heaven one day? Only like five of you? That's a problem. I I think everybody does. And I think we could kinda read through things like this and be like, yeah, he didn't really mean it. You know? There's a lot of verses like that where, like, yeah, he didn't really mean it. But I think when Jesus says something, I think he means it. He doesn't just say things because he feels like it. He when he says something, he means it. So we need to become like children. We need to become childlike.”
