Whatever season you are in—whether it is a time of joy, challenge, transition, or waiting—God is with you through it all. You are never alone, and His presence is constant, offering comfort, guidance, and strength no matter what you face. Even when circumstances change or feel uncertain, you can trust that God is walking beside you, shaping your story and preparing you for what comes next. [08:11]
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (ESV)
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.
Reflection: What season of life are you currently experiencing, and how can you intentionally invite God to walk with you through it today?
Before every testimony of God’s faithfulness, there is often a test—a challenge or trial that stretches your faith and reliance on Him. These tests are not meant to break you but to build your character and deepen your trust in God. When you face difficulties, remember that they are opportunities for God to reveal His power and for your story to become a source of encouragement to others. [08:11]
James 1:2-4 (ESV)
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
Reflection: Think of a recent challenge you’ve faced—how might God be using this test to shape your testimony?
Our seasoned saints—those who have journeyed with God for many years—deserve honor, encouragement, and support. Their wisdom and faithfulness are a blessing to the church family, and it is important to recognize their contributions and ensure they feel valued and included. Take time to reach out, listen to their stories, and let them know how much they mean to the community. [21:01]
Leviticus 19:32 (ESV)
You shall stand up before the gray head and honor the face of an old man, and you shall fear your God: I am the Lord.
Reflection: Who is one seasoned saint in your life you can encourage or thank today, and how will you do it?
In today’s world, sharing hope and encouragement can happen both in person and online. You are called to be a digital evangelist, using your platforms to spread God’s love, share uplifting messages, and connect with those who may need encouragement—especially those in different seasons of life. Your simple act of sharing can make a difference in someone’s day and help them feel seen and supported. [21:01]
Matthew 5:16 (ESV)
In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
Reflection: Who can you reach out to or share an encouraging message with online today, and what will you say?
Supporting ministry through your giving—whether time, resources, or finances—enables the church to continue reaching and blessing others. While salvation is a free gift, the work of ministry requires the generosity of God’s people. Your contributions help create opportunities for worship, outreach, and spiritual growth, making a tangible impact in the lives of many. [25:15]
2 Corinthians 9:7 (ESV)
Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
Reflection: What is one way you can give generously to support your church or community this week?
Today was a day of celebration, encouragement, and reflection as we honored our “seasoned saints”—those who have journeyed with God through many chapters of life. Rather than calling it “Senior Day,” we embraced the term “Seasoned Saints,” recognizing the wisdom, faith, and resilience that come from walking with the Lord through various seasons. We were blessed to have Pastor Roger Wade with us, who reminded us that no matter what season we find ourselves in, God is present and active. Whether we are in a time of joy, challenge, or transition, God’s faithfulness remains constant, and every season has a purpose in His greater plan.
We also took time to acknowledge the importance of community and digital evangelism, encouraging everyone to share encouragement with the elders in their lives and to be “digital evangelists” by spreading hope and faith online. The upcoming events—like Camp Meeting and Youth Day—remind us that the church is a living, intergenerational body, where every age and stage is valued and has a role to play. Our youth are not just the future; they are the church of today, and our seasoned saints are living testimonies of God’s sustaining grace.
As we look ahead, we are called to support one another, to give generously so that ministry can continue, and to remain connected—both in person and online. The journey of faith is not meant to be walked alone. Each season, whether marked by celebration or struggle, is an opportunity to experience God’s presence and to encourage others along the way. May we continue to honor those who have paved the way, invest in the next generation, and trust that God is with us in every season.
