#FaithWithoutBurnout
“Our god values rest. Our god values dignity. Our god values freedom. Burnout is not a badge of honor, no sign of faithfulness. When we know god, we know that the world is not on our shoulders. It is in stronger hands than ours. We all have to do the work that drains us from time to time. I agree, and I hear you probably saying that. That is unavoidable.”

#FindYourCalling
“If you or members of your family or friends at work experiencing burning out at this moment. It may be worth going back to the basics. It may be worth to ask yourself these three questions or these three statements we make we make today. What really are you called to do? Who really are you made to be? Who really is the god that you are serving? These questions may sound be easy to find answers, but they help a lot to reshift our energy and put us on the right track of what god wants us to be and to do.”

#StayInYourCalling
“Our individual calls may not be as clear cut or as dramatic as Moses, but each of us have a has a specific call. Individually, we are called to be all saints to all people. Operating outside our call, no matter how good our intentions or how strong the need for the world, is one path to burn out. God has a whole body of Christ at work across the world. We only need to hold the peace God hands us. And that is one of the first lesson. Know what your call is.”
