#GoShareJesus
“``But when I'm sitting at the place that I have lunch and the holy spirit prods me to go talk to that person over there and tell them about Jesus' love, I wanna say this. That's uncomfortable. How about I just wait here and you bring them to me? Right? How about I just put my AirPods in, get the bible in front of me, and I'll read it, and maybe they'll notice I'm reading the bible, and then they'll wanna come over and go, hey, tell me about that. In our text, Jesus is saying that's not the way it works. I send you out.”

#ShareEternalHope
“He's saying, I wanna use you. Do you love your neighbors enough to share with them the only thing that can save them for eternity? you love your children enough to share with them the only thing that can save them for eternity? Do you love your brothers, and your sisters, and your aunts, and your uncles, and your cousins, and your dad, and your mom, and your grandparents enough to share with them the only thing that will save them for eternity. It's a message of peace. But sometimes, people aren't gonna receive it the way you hope.”

#SavedByGrace
“and he went to suffer and die for it to make you a child of God. That's the bundle plan. You are a child of God because you are saved by grace. It is God's gift to you, and it says to you, I will hold you in my hands, I will walk with you on this journey of life, and I will one day come back, and I will make all things new, and I'm gonna give you a new body and a new creation, and there will never be pain again. That's the bundle plan. Pretty good plan, isn't it? Do you like it?”

#CarryHisName
“But in our text, he's also telling those disciples then, and you as well, that I also want you to carry my name in this world. And I want you to go out into this world and speak my name. I want you to go share who I am in this world. And he's letting you know that this is a part of the bundle plan you might not be as excited about. Because he is telling you very clearly that at times, some people that you love and care for will reject you when you share who Jesus is.”

#CostAndJoyOfDiscipleship
“And if you spend all your time trying to make everything comfortable and never talking about something that might make some people upset with you, meaning Jesus' love and grace, how are they ever gonna know? There's another thing in the bundle plan that's just pretty amazing. If you really go and live for Christ and share his love with others, you are gonna see some people that you love come to know Christ and spend eternity with him, and others are gonna reject you. But at the same time, you're gonna receive a whole new family.”

#HeTookTheCross
“But before Jesus ever does any of that, he gives you the bundle plan, and he says to you, I first take up my cross. And what is his cross? His cross is every mistake you've ever made. It's every awful thing you've ever done. It's every thought that was wrong. It was the words that you said that hurt people. It was the times you took things upon yourself, and it's also the times that you have said, yeah, I'm not gonna go share Jesus. It makes me uncomfortable. Jesus took that cross. He took it all,”

#BundleOfFaith
“Right? See, and that's how the bundles are sometimes. There's stuff you want in it, and there's a few things you're not so much wanting. Well, in our text today, Jesus is telling us, I give you a bundle. It's a bundle plan being a Christian. Did you know that? It comes with a lot of things, and a little bit of it is stuff I would rather not have. A little bit of it.”

#FaithHasBadDays
“I've heard it said that when you receive Christ in your heart, when you become a Christ follower, when you when you start deciding I'm gonna follow Jesus, from that point on, it's all great. Everything's just wonderful from that point on. I've I've heard it from pastors at different times, and yet, I still have days like that. How about you?”
