#JesusBuildsChurch
“``I love how Jesus never tells Peter, hey. Just go build your church. Jesus says, I will build my church. Peter's role is participation. Jesus' role is the construction. And this is all important for us to understand because we need to understand that when we build on these same truths, the same promise applies to us. When we build life on the fact that Christ is the lord, that Jesus is the messiah, the truth that as he used Peter, he can also use us. Jesus himself can build through us.”

#VictoryInChrist
“He can build his church through us, and the gates of hell, the gates of death will not overcome you. What is death? Death is the feeling of defeat. Death is the feeling of anxiety. Death is depression. Those things will not prevail against us as we build. In other words, when we make our motivation behind everything we do to reflect Jesus, we will not lose. When we build on Jesus, we win. Somebody needs to say amen to that.”

#JoinGodsVision
“You know, last week, we talked about what it is to receive visions from God and and receive dreams from God that he inspires us to move forward into. And maybe you heard that message and you were like, you know, that's great. That's very inspiring, but I've never received the vision. I never received a dream from God to do something like that. Where does that place me? And I I want everybody to get this. Right? Because maybe you're in that season, maybe you don't know what it is, maybe you feel like you've never had a vision from God, but I want you to understand how important this is. Because if we are only willing to work on our personal visions and personal ambitions, let me tell you the church would have never made it out of Jerusalem. But the church only works when we're willing to come alongside a vision or dream that God has given someone else, and we are willing to participate in it. Understand that. Understand that that the gospel of Jesus Christ doesn't spread if people aren't willing to be builders and participate in the vision that God has given somebody else.”

#BuildTogether
“I I I think that's one of the the biggest differences between a leader in the church and a leader in the world. The world says, hey. You got your thing. Do your thing. Focus on your thing. Promote yourself. Social media yourself. Do what you gotta do. But but but the church says, the kingdom says, oh, we need to link arms with each other and build what God is already doing, what God has already given. So you need to understand that when you participate, you are a builder. And guess what? The church needs you. You don't have to be the one with the with the amazing, crazy testimony, amazing, crazy story of what God has done. You just gotta be willing to participate.”

#PartnerWithJesus
“Here's the good news. I I I come to encourage you. I don't come to depress you. I don't I don't come to, like, you know, make you think about stop doing anything for your kids ever again. Right? That's not the point of this message. I'm here to let you know that there's a better way. There's a better way. See, we should remember a truth that it was Jesus himself. It's Jesus himself who invites us in partnership with him to build. Right? He's not calling us into a fool's errand. When he invites us to be a part of building his church, he's not doing it knowing that we have a thousand other things to do, and here's one other thing that we have to do on our plate, and we're gonna be tired and exhausted at the end of it. No. He invites us into it, and he gives us a certainty about it.”

#DeathShallNotWin
“These powerful words, I I get goosebumps reading them. They contain for us both a truth and a promise. When Peter declares the eternal truth of Jesus' identity, Jesus replies to him and says, on this rock, I built my church and the gates of hell will not overcome it. They will not prevail over it. And this line, the sentence can be translated to death shall not overcome it. Right? Guys, I want you to see the power behind what Jesus is saying. Jesus is giving a promise in this moment. He's saying, hey. When you are in the place where I can build my church through you that you should not fail. Death shall not win. Death shall not win. Life shall prevail.”

#EverydayChurch
“Amen. We have to learn to change our primary motivation to point others to Jesus in all we do in our careers, in our families, in our relationships, in all of those things. We get to build the church of Jesus Christ. It's not just on Sunday morning. It's not just here in in huddle. It's not just in worship. In everything we do, we build the church of Jesus Christ. And when we do it in his name, we won't fail. We won't fail.”

#KingdomWins
“When we build on Jesus, we win. What do we win against? We win against a culture that's dominated by lies. The kingdom expands, and we push back against a world that's trying to minimize who god is. We we push back against it. We win over against the influence of the world that leads to our own depression, distraction, and overwhelmingness. Guys, when we build on Jesus, we win, and we have this guarantee of success. Now I don't know about you, but that is that is motivation for me.”
