#LivingSacrificeDaily
“We don't give up our lives as in one fell swoop, do we? We become a living sacrifice. So today, we use today for the glory of God, but we still have tomorrow. And tomorrow we use the day for the glory of God. And we give our life one heartbeat at a time, one day at a time, so that the world might discover the life that can be theirs in Jesus. And that's what Christ's body did on the cross in the ultimate way that we can't repeat. But that's also what Christ's body does in the world today.”

#BlessedToBless
“I know we receive the blessings, but he's talking about the members of the body blessing, not so much about them being blessed. Sometimes it can feel like, because we're so anxious to show the love of God, it can feel like the gospel's all about me, all about you. That it's, how much I get blessed, how much you get blessed, how much we receive when we come to church on Sunday morning, how much we get out of our devotions, how we feel, and how much better we feel if we spend some time with God. this body this body is is receiving all that and getting all that, but but God says one more thing. If you've been blessed, be a blessing. If you've been comforted, be comforting. If you have been given much, give much. Be the blessing, be the hand of God in blessing the world.”

#LeadLikeChrist
“How do we do that? How do we become like the head, Ready to make sacrifices all along the way. Ready to to be filled with his grace and compassion even when it demands much from us. Are we ready to say, Jesus, you did this for me? Now that you have made me part of your body, do this in me. Do this through me.”

#RedeemedByLove
“And it's not until we discover the one who made us and made us in love. And we discover the one who loved us even when we let everything fall apart, even when we maybe to a degree didn't love ourselves anymore. He still loved us and gave his very life to bring us back to life, to save us from perishing.”

#LayDownForLove
“We are Christ's body, and there's only one more thing I wanna say before I completely run out of time, and that's the body we talk about at communion, The body of the living lord who became flesh and dwelt among us. He was not afraid to lay down the life of that body for the salvation of the world. And I just want to challenge you today. How do we as a church, how do we as the body of Christ lay down our lives and our life so it's entirely given over to the work of Jesus in saving the world.”

#UnitedForHisGlory
“Lord, bring us to the fullness of your love and your glory. Bring us to the joy of partnering with you, of walking with you, of serving with you in reaching your world with your love for your glory. And let us do it together, Lord, that our unity might declare to all the world that you have loved us and made us into people who love one another.”

#EveryPartMatters
“Because the body cares for the whole body, not just for one part. We can go on if we have to have a hand or a leg amputated, but it's it's a great loss, isn't it? Do we count at the same loss when the body of Christ loses someone, when someone is going off the rails, having difficulty with their faith, challenging us to respond in patience instead of anger. It do we act do we do we recognize the value of every member, of every part?”

#ListenNotAmputate
“Because if we were like that and we're taking care of each other when one person is hurt, sometimes, you know, you might think, well, I I stuck my toe. It hurts so much. I think what we should do is amputate the leg. Would that make any sense? Sometimes human organizations, one thing is sounding an alarm, sending pain signals over the whole body. And people say, well, let's get rid of that part that's sending all the pain signals instead of listening and responding and trying to make things better. When it's your body and the doctor says, well, we could amputate you. Say, is there anything else you could do? Right?”
