“``Satan is now employing a tactic that you and I rarely think of but happens often. Satan is using scripture. He's using scripture. You're like, I didn't know he could do that. He can. Satan will use scripture, and he'll twist it. Sometimes this comes in the form of somebody who is a Christian blogger, and they have something from scripture, but it seems a little off. It seems like they're getting to a different conclusion than what the Bible says. But over time, you begin to bleed into the way that you see scripture, and it moves you from what actually the Bible says.”

“But the more I began to study, the more I began to see the insidiousness of what Satan was doing. See, what Satan is offering Jesus is glory without a cross. He he's he's saying, you don't have to go and die. I'll give you all of it. I'll give you all of it. You don't have to go to the cross. You don't have be separated from the father. You can have it all now.”

“It's amazing to me that that light doesn't go to other sources of light. It goes right to the hard things. It goes right to the things we're most likely to wanna cover up. It goes right into there. That sin, that fear, that worry, that denial, that lack of peace, it goes right there. That's where Jesus meets you. And here's what it says. The darkness has not overcome it. There's more grace in Jesus than sin in you. you bring it to him? Will you bring it to him? You wanna overcome the enemy. Know the voice of the father.”

“Satan is a master at this. He doesn't need to be a 100% wrong. He just needs to be 99.9% right. And over time, he'll start to shift. So he says to Jesus, cast yourself off. Throw yourself down. Let the angels carry you. Because here's the thing. If you do that, you'll build an entourage. People will come from miles away to look at you, the spectacle, the son of god who can cast himself off buildings and not die.”
