#AliveInChrist
“Can these bones live? They can if you acknowledge your need for him. If you recognize that you are helpless, hopeless, and completely dependent upon him, and then you confess your sin, you recognize you're a sinful person, that you have broken covenant, and then you repent, which means you turn away from your life of sin, and then you place your faith in Jesus Christ. If you do that, if you're in this room this morning and you have not trusted in Jesus, if you do that, you become you go from a pile of bones to something that's alive.”

#BreathNotPerformance
“But before he gets to Easter, there's there's one more facet of death in this passage I wanna point out, and it's it's it's it's implicit, but it's really important, I think, for our city, our time, this church. And it's this, what what are we without God? We're bones without breath. Not only are we dead beyond rescue, we're bones without breath. Here's here's what this is saying. It's saying, you can look alive and be dead. Religious performance without the spirit is still death.”
