#BreakerGoesFirst
“``Jesus goes before his people. Jesus breaks the power of sin, the authority of death. He Jesus enters the grave and comes out not with some power, not with a little power All power. But he comes out with all power. Jesus opens what no human being could open and then he says, follow me. The breaker doesn't stand behind you shouting instructions, The breaker goes before you. Yeah. So when you walk through the gate, you're not walking somewhere god hasn't already been. When you enter the next season, god is already there. When you step into the unfamiliar, god is already ahead of you. When you walk through the opening, your king has already passed through. Why? Because the breaker goes first.”

#TrustBeyondNow
“What Micah comes to share with us today that it's time for us to see beyond what we can see and to allow God to do the seeing and to just trust that our seer is also a breaker. Oh, yeah. And so I will surely gather is what he then says. The breaker is come up before them. He now makes the way. And here's the thing, we've gotta be careful about making permanent cons conclusions from temporary verses. One through 11 were meant to be temporary. Yes. Your forever was in verse number twelve and thirteen. Now,”

#GodWillGather
“Then he opens up verse number 12 and says, I will surely assemble. I will surely gather And that's the shift. For 11 verses, Micah tells us what they have done. Yes, god. Then god steps into the text and says in verse number 12, and now let me tell you what I will do. And that's where our hope lives. And people of god, we gotta hold on. We gotta live. We gotta keep praying. We gotta keep fighting. We gotta keep standing. We gotta keep trusting god so that we can get to our verse 12.”

#GodSeesAll
“God sees what I don't see, and so I don't have to be in every room. I don't have to hear every conversation. I don't have to know everybody's intentions. I don't have to understand every single move that people make because nothing happening outside of my sight is happening outside of God's sight. God saw what was happening behind closed doors. They devised it on their beds. They devised it while they were asleep, while nobody else was in the room. Nobody else heard the conversation. Nobody else saw the strategy. Nobody knew what they were planning, but god did. And I need someone here today to understand and be encouraged because just because god hasn't responded yet, doesn't mean that god hasn't seen it.”

#GodAheadAlways
“And that means whatever is on the other side of this, God gets there before you do so that he can handle it. Come on, somebody. Just tell your neighbor, he can handle it. And so my seeing beyond what I can see isn't me seeing at all. Me singing beyond what I can see is me trusting that my God can see. Me seeing beyond what I can see is me not losing hope because of what I see, because I know that my God sees, because what you see is real, but it isn't all there. It's not there yet. God goes before us and makes the way because Micah saw the oppression, but God saw the expiration date. They saw powerful people, but God saw limited power. They saw stolen inheritance, but God saw restoration. They saw scattered people, but God saw a gathering. They saw a gate. God saw an opening.”

#GodsPowerLimitless
“Because see, human power has limits. God's power does not. Political power has limits. Economic power has limits. Institutional power has limits. Social power has limits. Every throne, come on Game of Thrones, has limits. Every administration has limits. Every empire has limits. Every system has limits. But god, our god is limitless. this is where Micah takes us even further because it's one thing to know that god sees what I can't see. It's another thing to know that god is working where I can't see. Because even when after God had addressed the oppressor, there was still a gate. There was still a barrier. There was still something between God's people and what was next, And that's what Micah introduces us to the image that changes everything, the breaker.”

#GodConfrontsInPlace
“we want god to change our location. God, just get me out of here. God, get me out of this. God, get me out of that. God, change this thing. God, do this. When God had decided to confront the condition while you were still in it. Wow. We sometimes want God to help us escape it. God knows. I have asked. God, get me out of here. But God says, no. I'm gonna address it because the breaker doesn't just lead his people away. The breaker breaks the power of what was holding them. Yeah.”

#WaitForTheBreaker
“And maybe that's why you've been exhausted. Come on. Yes. Because you've been trying to do it your own way. You've been trying to break something god never asked you to break. You've been fighting something god never asked you to fight alone. You've been trying to open a gate that was bigger than your hands, but wait on me. I'll go first. The breaker goes before them. So not only did God not just allow you to escape the oppressor, but he dealt with the oppressor so that you can then break through. But God says, when I open up the gate, wait for me. Wait for me. Don't go before me. Mhmm. I know it's a and look real good over here. I got this option and I got that option and I got that option and I can do this and I can do that. But what does God say? God says, wait on me. Let me go first because the breaker goes before them.”
