“``That's not just a decision I made. That's not just like I signed up with and got a Costco card. You know, I didn't just join the YMCA here. I didn't just join a club. I'm like, I'm all in. I'm making a commitment and a decision, and my life has changed from death to life, from darkness to light, from blind to I can see now. There's a transformation that takes place. So when we baptize like we did a couple of weeks ago, we baptized 14 people on Sunday, when we did that, we're we're publicly declaring the symbol this we're symbolizing this image that from death to life. From buried to resurrected.”

“It's the power. Everybody say power. Power. It is the power of God. The gospel, the good news of Christ is the power of God at work. Saving everyone who believes. The word of God saves everyone who believes. It rescues everyone who believes. It takes from death to life everyone who believes, From darkness to light, from broken to mended, from sick to healed, from bound up to free. I'm no longer a slave to sin because God paid the price, and it is the power of God at work saving everyone who believes. So as as believers in Christ, what that means to me is that every day, I wanna remember what Christ did. That's why people always say, man, just always preach the cross. You can always preach the cross. You can don't let people forget about what Jesus did on the cross because the cross reminds us of salvation.”

“And the keyword is life. Because eternity is death and life. But this is saying now once you believe, you have now eternal life. The believer is transformed. We are changed and does not come into judgment and condemnation, but has passed over from death to life. From death to life. What does it mean to be saved? We were we were dead, and now we're alive. We crossed over, transformed, changed over from death to life. We gotta see that. We gotta believe that. We gotta recognize that's different.”

“Because of his grace, verse seven, he made us right. Because of his favor on our lives, he made us right in his sight, and he gave us confidence that we will inherit eternal life. He's made us right, he's given us confidence. Man, that's my prayer, is that you would have this awareness that you've been saved and made right, and walk with that confidence. It it by God's grace. Not anything you did, not by your works. Otherwise, we boast about it. Or we might not only boast about it, like, what I did. I saved myself. Or we would feel bad. The opposite was like, I can't save myself. Yeah. Well, good. Praise the Lord. It's not dependent on how good you are or how bad you are. It's whether you believe and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and then you will be saved and go from death to life.”
