God invites each of us to experience His goodness personally, not just as a distant truth but as a reality that transforms our lives. No matter your background or past pain, you are welcomed to taste the joy, peace, and love that only God can give. When you have truly tasted His goodness, it becomes natural to desire that others would also come to know this life-changing grace. Let your story of transformation be a testimony that draws others to the table of God’s goodness. [01:01:58]
Psalm 34:8
"Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!" (ESV)
Reflection: Who in your life needs to hear your story of how you have tasted God’s goodness? How can you share that with them this week?
God’s heart beats for the lost, and He desires that every nation, tribe, people, and language would come before His throne in worship. The vision of a great multitude in heaven is not just a distant hope but a call to action for us to participate in the great harvest. Each soul matters deeply to God, and He invites us to join in His mission to seek and save the lost, bringing the gift of salvation to Jesus as the most precious offering. [01:14:29]
Revelation 7:9
"After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands." (ESV)
Reflection: What is one practical step you can take this week to reach out to someone from a different background or culture with the love of Christ?
Never underestimate the impact of one person’s faithful witness. While large events and movements are powerful, true multiplication happens when each believer commits to reaching just one or two others. This simple, relational approach—beginning with prayer, listening, sharing meals, serving, and sharing Jesus—can transform families, communities, and even nations over time. God calls you to wake up to the power of your influence and to trust that your obedience, however small, can make an eternal difference. [01:36:24]
Matthew 28:19-20
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." (ESV)
Reflection: Who are the two people God is putting on your heart to intentionally pray for, serve, and share Jesus with this year?
Every great movement of God is preceded by a movement of prayer. The degree to which prayer is mobilized is the degree to which the world will be evangelized. When you expand your prayers beyond your immediate needs to include your city, nation, and the world, you align your heart with God’s vision and open the door for breakthrough. God is calling you to pray big, bold prayers for the harvest, believing that He can do immeasurably more than you ask or imagine. [01:30:31]
Ephesians 3:20-21
"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen." (ESV)
Reflection: What is one “impossible” prayer you can begin praying for your city or nation, trusting God for a breakthrough in the harvest?
Jesus calls His disciples to leave behind comfort, expertise, and the crowd to follow Him into the unknown, trusting His word above all else. True breakthrough and transformation come when you surrender your own understanding and take Jesus as He is—embracing all of His teachings, not just the comfortable ones. Even when storms arise, if Jesus is in your boat, you will reach the other side and witness His miracles. God is inviting you to step out in faith, leave the crowd behind, and go to the “other side” where His blessings and purposes await. [01:56:00]
Mark 4:35-41
"On that day, when evening had come, he said to them, 'Let us go across to the other side.' And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was. And other boats were with him. And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, 'Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?' And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, 'Peace! Be still!' And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, 'Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?' And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, 'Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?'" (ESV)
Reflection: What is one area of your life where Jesus is calling you to leave the crowd behind and trust Him fully, even if it means facing a storm?
It is a joy to be together in the house of the Lord, celebrating the beauty and worth that Christ has placed in each of us. My heart is filled with gratitude for this church and the way God has used it to plant and support new works, including the global movement I now serve with. As I’ve traveled to nearly 100 countries in the past 30 months, I’ve seen firsthand the hunger for the gospel and the need for strong, biblically grounded leaders. Our partnership with ministries like TNIU is vital for equipping the next generation to carry the gospel to the ends of the earth.
Reflecting on my own journey—from a broken, abusive home to tasting the goodness of God through Christ—I am reminded that our faith is not just a set of beliefs, but a living encounter with the love, peace, and joy that only God can give. Like the Filipino pastors who welcomed me as “one of us” after I tried their balut, the heart of our mission is to see just one more person become “one of us”—to taste and see the goodness of God for themselves.
We are approaching a significant milestone: the year 2033, marking 2,000 years since Jesus’ death, resurrection, ascension, and the birth of the Church. What gift can we bring to Jesus for this anniversary? Not gold or silver, but souls—lives transformed by His love. The Billion Soul Harvest is not about numbers for their own sake, but about sharing the Father’s heart for the lost. Around the world, from Indonesia to India, Nigeria to Brazil, and even in places of war and hardship like Ukraine, God is moving in unprecedented ways. Massive revivals are taking place, and the gospel is spreading rapidly, even in places where we might least expect it.
Yet, the work is not finished. In some places, like Korea and parts of the West, the church faces decline and challenges. But God often brings new life out of brokenness. We must return to the basics: prayer, unity, and a renewed commitment to the Great Commission. The power of multiplication—each believer reaching just one or two others—can change the world in a single generation. It’s not about grand crusades alone, but about each of us making a difference in the life of one person.
Jesus calls us to go to “the other side”—to step out in faith, leave the crowd behind, and take Him as He is, not just the parts we find comfortable. Even when storms come, if Jesus is in our boat, we will reach the other side. Let us rise up, filled with the Holy Spirit, to bring the hope and love we have received to those who have yet to taste and see the goodness of God.
Mark 4:35-41 (ESV) — > On that day, when evening had come, he said to them, “Let us go across to the other side.” And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was. And other boats were with him. And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?” And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”
Psalm 34:8 (ESV) — > Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
Revelation 7:9 (ESV) — > After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.
Having to travel so many places, I know one thing: God, our God, is a living God. He is not sleeping. He is at work in a mighty, powerful way because I have seen some harvest all over the places. [01:15:50] (16 seconds) #GodIsAtWork
Now personally, it's time for you and me to go to the other side because eternal the other side has already happened to you. Once we were the recipient of that the other side blessing like the demon possessed man and Jesus came to your life. Right now it's time for you to obey and go to the other side to meet that one last soul and together we can do this. Everybody can reach somebody but together we can reach everybody. We can do this together. That's what we are talking about. [01:59:34] (43 seconds)
