#ConnectedToTheFire
“And and what what happens if you take one of those coals out of the fire? Right? The fire doesn't disappear immediately. But over time, the coal that you remove, they may still have a little flame when you remove it. But over time, what happened? It gets cold because it's losing its connection to the fire. And and it's this idea that many believers aren't lacking a passion because God left them, but instead they're cooling off because they disconnected from the community of God. That the coal was removed not because it does not have a DNA for fire, but because it was removed from the source of the community of fire in its life.”

#JesusBuiltCommunity
“Humans were created for relationship. We were designed to know God. We were designed to know others and for and for others to be known by us. And Jesus modeled his his ministry around community as well. You're like, well, pastor, how did Jesus do this? Well, Jesus, before the preaching, before the miracles, before the commissioning, what did he do? He built a community first. He called and he prayed and he called his disciples. That is his was, for the most part, his community. He gathered people around him.”

#ChooseCommunity
“But then you have to open yourself up to this. You have to want it. God's not gonna just throw a force a blessing upon you that you don't want. And the strongest believers are not necessarily the most gifted believers, but they're often the believers who are willing to stay connected. Because the enemy wants you isolated, because the isolation will weaken your faith. But god places you in community because community strengthens your purpose in life.”

#NotMeantToBeAlone
“And and it's important because one of the things that we have to understand about this is that God designed you and I for community. Right? We we may be like, you know, I pastor, I I I thrive when I'm alone. I I I'm I'm apex predator, pastor. You don't know me. Right? And that may be true to a certain extent. But for the most part, we're meant to be community. In Genesis in from the very beginning, Genesis chapter two verse 18, there's a statement that says, then God then God says, it is not good for the man to be alone.”
