#HoldOntoBethany
“Do you understand all that you've been through, all that you've already come over? Don't don't hang up your Bethany. Don't forget your Bethany when you get to Jerusalem. Your Bethany is what's gonna fuel you in the midst of the chaos and the and the recklessness that is happening in this world. Hold on to your Bethany. Bethany is the place where I got blessed. It didn't happen in church house. It happened on the side of a road somewhere, in a hospital bed, in a courtroom, on your knees at night in your bedroom. The blessing has come, and I'm able to face the city because of the blessings that I've had.”

#BlessedForTheCity
“Why you need a blessing? I just told you, I need to get a blessing because when I go outside these doors, I gotta deal with the enemy who don't want me to succeed. I gotta deal with some folks on the job who don't wanna let me out. I gotta deal with unfair practices and lending to other folks. I gotta deal with the injustice system that is hurting our people. I come into the house of the lord so I can get a blessing to go back out to the city of Jerusalem.”

#MyBethanyMoment
“You you gotta get back to Bethany. Getting back to Bethany is the place where God has done God's best work. Bethany is different for each and every one of us, but collectively, is the same. Your Bethany, where you first met Lord, where the Lord did that miracle in your life, where the Lord showed up in a way that you didn't know how it was going, that place where you were the most exposed and most vulnerable, where God showed up on your behalf, where you couldn't even help yourself when transformation happened in your life. That is where Bethany is.”

#BethanyTransforms
“I'm giving God glory Yes. Because I know God is in charge. If I thought I was in charge, I'd be worried. But because I know that the Lord has control over all your circumstances, over all your searching. Whatever you're looking for, God has it for you. It's called your Bethany. And Bethany is where transformation can take place in your life. Bethany is the place where things do not have to be the status quo. Things don't have to go along as they have been. You can do a new thing. You can declare Bethany right now.”

#NameItDontHideIt
“You don't have to have the answers. You don't have to have the conclusions. But if you walk around with your head in the sand, act like nothing ain't going on, God can't get the glory out of that. That's the enemy at work. The enemy wants you to push it under the rug, keep it hidden, don't talk about it, and that's why we got so many messed up households today. I said, name it. We got folks in church running around because we won't name our stuff.”

#BlessingsCallToAction
“How is it that they survived? Because we had Bethany. We had the transformative power that God can do the impossible when God shows up and is called on by the people whom he loves. It's this transformative power, And I believe it appealed to the blessings that we have is that we must help somebody. It's okay to name what the things are. It's good to name what's happening. It's good to call it out and not sweep it under the rug. We must do that same thing in all of our spaces.”

#WalkAndTalkWithGod
“The lord's got a blessing for you. There's a word from the lord. Oh, yes. Gospel according to Luke twenty fourth chapter. Luke 24. I'm a start in the fiftieth verse of the twenty fourth chapter. We've been in Luke 24 these last three weeks. First week, we talked about the Emmaus rule that to see God, you gotta walk with God and talk with God. And until you walk with him and talk with him, you won't be able to see.”

#PrayerAndMeditationHeal
“But this is not complicated. This is not seminary work. All you need to do sometimes is get on your name knees and call on the name of the lord. It requires meditation to get back to the to the place of the bible. There is therapeutic nature of my well-being when I am praying and in meditation and reading the word of God. Did you know that doctors prescribe meditation as part of their treatment plans?”
