“It's not just calling him king. It's not just calling him judge. It's not just calling him the almighty. It's calling him dad. In other translations, it's like daddy. It's like a little kid when they first say papa or dada or whatever they say as a first one. Those first that first feeling that you get when your son says or your daughter says those first words whether it be mama, whether it be papa, whatever. Those first time they call you by a name, that's what this is saying. Because we receive the spirit of adoption, that we have the right to sonship, the spirit now cries out to God not as creator, not as the almighty, not as judge, not as king. It calls out to him as dad.”

“``And if we think that this is a story that just, you know, it's just a fantasy, it's not. Our father in heaven is the same way. He knows we've made a mess. He knows our life is upside down. He knows that you might feel like it's unworthy because he knows what you've done, But nonetheless, he will see you long away from here. And he you decide to turn back to the Lord, he is going to run to you with open arms and kiss you. He's gonna be happy that his son or his daughter is finally back home. The story is not just a story to tell for you to go to sleep. Jesus was telling the story so they could understand the love of the father and why he was there to begin with. Jesus came to redeem the world not to condemn the world.”

“But in reality, I need to prioritize God's presence in my life. And the beautiful thing about it is that at the end of the day, there is just one thing that even how hard I wanted to try. There's just one thing that I can never ever provide for my kids. And it's the only thing that God can provide and it's salvation. No matter how hard I work in life, I can never do that for them. I cannot sacrifice myself and and put myself on a cross to provide for them salvation. Only God can do that.”

“many people will see him as a creator, as a judge, and even as a king, but a lot of people fail to realize that he's a father. The heart of the message in in everything is that he doesn't just rule over us. He welcomes us. He holds us closely and loves us to the point that even what's broken inside of us can be healed. that's what I want to drive today. This is the the centrality of God before our existence, why God should be center and why his love should be first. The bible teaches us that the only way that we know love is because he loved us first.”
