#BeatificVisionHope
“``Jesus said that the beatific vision can be ours if we believe him and trust him to purify our hearts, and I believe this is what Jesus wants for every one of us. This is what he wants. There are incredibly beautiful things in this world, there are also horrendously evil things, both of them are hints and clues of the visions that could be before us. Greater beauty is coming in one, utter terror is coming in the other. You know, it's absolutely amazing to me that Jesus offers this to us sinners. Take the offer, take the offer. Share this offer with others. Keep looking for those beautiful hands, those wonderful clues of the vision that is to come. God's face is one I can't wait to see.”

#NeedDivinePurification
“Yet here is the kicker. Here is the huge elephant in the room. How can you and I possibly have pure hearts? How can you and I, who are caught up in a world that surrounds us in darkness and and in which we have sin in our own lives, how can we possibly become pure of heart? I wanna tell you that I can't do it. And I can't do it because when Jesus said pure in heart, he meant pure. He didn't mean just okay, he didn't mean just generally decent or neighborly, he meant pure. And I cannot become pure in heart without the work of Jesus Christ.”

#JesusPurifiesHearts
“Now you are all nice people, I'm kinda giving you the benefit of the doubt here. You're you're all nice people, right? But I wanna tell you, you cannot become pure of heart without the work of Jesus Christ in your life. Jesus is the one who gave us the promise and Jesus is the one who will fulfill that promise in us if we look to him. And praise God, Jesus does have a process here. He does have a heart purifying process that we can experience. He's the one who can transition us from this life of death and beauty and sadness and darkness and light all mixed up together. He can transition us from this life into resurrection.”

#ChooseBeatificVision
“Life in our present offers us all these kinds of choices. The truth is, in the end, however, we have to remember there are only two options open to us. Many roads but two options. We can pursue pursue that beatific vision by by building our relationship to Jesus Christ, or we can ignore that. We can ignore the process of becoming pure in heart with him, and then we have the other alternative. It is the demonic, miserific vision. The choice is between the beatific and the miserific.”
