When life feels like it is pressing in from all sides and the weight of the world seems too much to bear, remember that you are never carrying it alone. Divine strength meets you in the very moment you think you can't go any further. The challenges you face are not punishments, but opportunities for healing and awakening. By recognizing your oneness with God and the collective, you can anchor peace, light, and love into the world around you. In community and in spirit, you are supported and empowered to transcend overwhelm and step into a higher state of consciousness. [32:47]
Isaiah 41:10 (ESV)
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Reflection: What is one area of your life where you feel overwhelmed right now, and how can you invite God’s strength and presence into that specific situation today?
When the storms of life rage and fear threatens to overtake you, remember the story of Jesus calming the storm. The Christ consciousness within you has the power to define the storm, not be defined by it. By aligning your thoughts and actions with divine order, you can speak “Peace, be still” to the chaos around you and within you. This inner peace is not passive; it is an active, living faith that transforms your experience and radiates out to others, calming the storms in your own life and in the world. [41:40]
Mark 4:35-41 (ESV)
"On that day, when evening had come, he said to them, 'Let us go across to the other side.' And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was. And other boats were with him. And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, 'Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?' And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, 'Peace! Be still!' And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, 'Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?' And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, 'Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?'"
Reflection: When you face a “storm” in your life, what would it look like for you to respond with “Peace, be still” instead of fear or anxiety?
While love is often seen as the highest vibration, true authenticity is even more powerful. When you live authentically—expressing who you truly are without fear or shame—you become a conduit for God’s light and love in the world. Authenticity means honoring your unique path, your feelings, and your spiritual journey, as long as it does not harm others. By embracing your true self, you invite others to do the same, creating a ripple of healing and acceptance that transforms both you and your community. [29:39]
Psalm 139:13-14 (ESV)
"For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well."
Reflection: In what area of your life are you holding back from being your authentic self, and what is one step you can take today to express your true self more fully?
Intentional prayer, especially when practiced in community, is a powerful way to bring healing and transformation to yourself and others. When you pray for others, you are also blessed in return, as the energy of love and support flows through you and back to you. Participating in collective prayer, such as the circles of eight, allows you to “angel up” together, embodying the love, light, and healing presence you came here to share. Trust that as you lift others in prayer, your own needs are being met by the divine flow. [50:51]
James 5:16 (ESV)
"Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working."
Reflection: Who is one person you can intentionally pray for today, and how might you experience God’s love flowing through you as you do?
When you are faced with a problem or burden, surrender it to God and trust in divine guidance. Visualize yourself surrounded by loving support, and allow your concerns to be lifted into the heavenly realms where all answers are found. Practice letting go—do not take action or speak about the problem for a set time, and watch how God moves in your life. This act of surrender opens your heart, quiets your mind, and allows you to experience the transcendence of higher consciousness, bringing new insights and clarity for your next steps. [54:40]
Proverbs 3:5-6 (ESV)
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."
Reflection: What is one specific worry or problem you can surrender to God today, and how will you practice letting go and trusting in divine guidance for the next 24 hours?
In these challenging times, many of us feel the weight of the world pressing in—overwhelm, uncertainty, and the sense that we’re being asked to carry more than we can bear. Yet, there is a deeper invitation within this collective unrest: to awaken to our true nature, to heal old wounds, and to become vessels of peace, love, and authenticity. We are not isolated beings; we are vibrationally connected to one another and to the greater web of life. When the world trembles, we feel it, and our own shadows may rise to the surface—not to punish us, but to be healed and transformed.
Unity teaches that every person, regardless of background, identity, or belief, carries the divine spark within. Our oneness is not diminished by our differences; rather, it is enriched. The call is not to be “right” but to be peaceful, to honor the authenticity in ourselves and others, and to recognize that the highest vibration we can embody is not just love, but authenticity—living as our truest selves in alignment with Spirit.
When overwhelm strikes, it’s easy to believe that the outer storm is more powerful than our inner peace. But we are reminded that we have dominion over our thoughts and the power to choose our response. The Christ consciousness within each of us is capable of calming the storms of life, just as Jesus calmed the waves. Our consciousness defines our experience, not the other way around. By stepping into silence, prayer, and meditation, we open ourselves to divine guidance and strength, allowing us to move through challenges with courage and grace.
We are co-creators with God, shaping our reality through the thoughts we hold and the energy we embody. Every challenge is an opportunity to transcend old patterns, to let go of limiting beliefs, and to step into a newness of life. The hard things we face are gateways to wholeness and deeper faith. As we “angel up”—choosing to be the light and love we wish to see—we not only transform ourselves but also ripple healing and peace into the world around us.
Mark 4:35-41 (ESV) — 35 On that day, when evening had come, he said to them, “Let us go across to the other side.” 36 And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was. And other boats were with him. 37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. 38 But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” 39 And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. 40 He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?” 41 And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”
All this hard stuff that we're facing is a gateway unto one's wholeness, healthfulness, and good. By being the essence of God, the good, we set forth to demonstrate through Christ's consciousness our unwavering faith that all things work out in all life's challenges and blessings.
Life has a way of handing us more than we think we can carry. There are times when the demands of family, work, and the world around us feel like they are pressing in from all sides. Our schedules fill up, our minds race, and the soul feels buried under a mountain of too much. I know we are in this together. That's why community is so important. Nearly everyone I've spoken with lately has shared a sense of being stretched, heavy, or overwhelmed. It's not just personal. It's the unconscious patterns of humanity arising to the surface. Old wounds, fears, and conflicts are being exposed not to punish us, but so they can finally be healed. [00:25:08]
Even if we are not directly involved with what's happening in the news or the world stage, we feel it. The collective field of grief, uncertainty, and unrest touches us energetically. It's like sympathetic resonance. When one string vibrates nearby, strings begin to hum. We are those strings connected in the larger web of life. And so we feel the tremors of the world. [00:26:09]
I think it's important for me to remind you one of the really important foundational truths in unity is that we honor our oneness with all people, regardless of their religion or their race, their ethnicity, their sexual orientation, or gender identity. Unity is one about honoring everybody and everyone for exactly who they are. And we also see them as whole and perfect just as they are, regardless of any of those aspects, because we all have the divine spark, the divine light within us. And none of these things separates us. [00:26:39]
How important is it to be right versus peaceful? That's a really important question to ask ourselves. It might make you uncomfortable choices other people make. But ultimately, our work here is to grow the soul that we have between us and God. Not creating separation, but inviting in deep vulnerability of the truth of who we are and getting to express so completely ourselves. [00:28:57]
Did you know that on a vibrational level, most people think that love is the highest vibration to carry? But did you know the actual highest vibration you can carry is authenticity? Think about that. Take that into your heart. So authenticity means we get to be what we're guided to be. And we're not made wrong for it. We're right in all the ways that we're feeling as long as it's not hurting anybody else. We get to authentically be who we are. And then we get to express authentically who we really are. And that's the expression of light and love for this world. It's God through you. [00:29:30]
We are the access point. We are the ones that share that love of God in this world. And we can't do that if people are repressing us to say, but you have to do it this way so that God will accept you. There's a certain way you have to express for you to fit within the the rule bank of what God would want and do. [00:30:17]
So sometimes it feels like life gives us more than we can handle. But spirit reminds us that we are never carrying it alone. Divine strength meets us in the very moment we think we can't go any further. This moment in history, with all its turbulence, is also a moment of awakening. What rises to the surface can be transformed. What feels unbearable can be transmuted into deeper compassion, resilience, and faith. And together, as a community, as a collective consciousness, we have the power to anchor peace, light, and love into the field that surrounds us all. [00:32:38]
Aim with your heart, steer with your mind, and act as if you have already arrived. That's the biggest one, right? That's the ultimate visualization or affirmation that we can hold is that we become the alignment. We become the vibrational energy of the person that would receive all of these things that we are desiring in our life. We have to see it so clearly resolved that we become that vibration and then the universe meets us there, right? [00:34:22]
We do not have to submit to wrong states of mind. So it's saying we have the opportunity to change what we're telling ourselves and what we're thinking about something and what we're sharing with others about it because we have dominion over our thoughts. You know, through thoughts, words, and actions, we live the truth we know. That's the fifth principle of unity. So we are the catalyst. We are the container. We are the vessel that creates what we're seeing in our life. [00:35:44]
Most of the time, the biggest bully in our life is ourselves on ourselves. We're getting frustrated that we can't come up to all that is being asked of us, and we're just coming up a little short everywhere, or we're not facing our fear enough to step into the thing we know we're supposed to do, but we just can't seem to get the grit to step out of our comfort zone and grab hold of an opportunity that's in our life right now because we're afraid that we're going to fall or we're going to fail, and yet we're having the same life because they're not willing to step out in faith that there's something so divinely in that thing that's there and open to your challenge right here that's asking you to step through that fear and find the love and the courage to go towards this thing that scares you because usually the thing that scares you is actually a calling, is actually a dharma, is actually a karma, is a thing that needs to be overcome. [00:37:16]
The big challenge of life is our own life. We are the ones we're taking on, so that means we have to let go of old stories, and we have to let go of limited feelings about oneself, and stop pointing out at all the horror out there. Find the things that need to be tackled within, and make yourself, you can participate and do something about out there when you take the task yourself and become the greatest and the most bright and the most beautiful version, and let everybody be donned on that light that surrounds you, and then that is a collective, and that's how consciousness moves like a ripple, right? [00:38:36]
When overwhelm hits, our tendency is to believe the outer storm has more power than our inner peace, but Fillmore reminds us that we are not victims of circumstances. We are expressions of divine order, so this thing, this catalyst that's sitting there, that's your divine order. That's the divine flow. That thing, that phone call that you make to make to that person, or that boss that you need to talk to, and say, I deserve to make more money, or that situation where you're like, ugh. Don't go talk to all your friends about it. Don't try to get the wisdom of others in the big things that you have to face. Get into the silence. Five minutes of silence is the most powerful thing you can do, and just breathe out there. Just become an empty vessel, and that's where divine revelation happens. [00:39:19]
You will get a courage. You will get a divine idea of how to step into this something that makes you nervous, or makes you afraid, and you just keep going in that silence every time you see fear speaking to realign with love, and a love for oneself, and knowing that you are a divine child of God, and therefore nothing can hurt me, make me afraid, and nothing can be taken from me. When we really know that, then we extend that kind of light out in this world, because nobody's out to get us then, and we're also not out to get anybody else either. [00:40:14]
That is you when you're aligned in the highest state of consciousness. That's the Christ idea that Charles was talking about in the quote before. Peace be still and know that I am God. Peace be still and know. We know I am is the word of God. I am God. I am the conduit. I am the channel. I am the one that is the vehicle of God. So peace be still and allow for that current of love, of light, of the ethereal realm to move in and through your experience and use you to that perfect cord that is being asked for all of you. These things that are coming up in your face are your teacher, are your challenger, and also your strength. [00:42:12]
Our third principle in unity says we are co -creators with God, creating reality through thoughts held in mind. So let's take an inventory right now. What are some of the thoughts that have been held in your mind right now with this very challenge that you're facing? What have been your thoughts around it? Has it been like I'm a victim and this stuff always happens to me, or my good is all behind me, things used to be always so much better in the past, the victim, or is it I just don't can't take another thing? These are all the little things you put out there, and you know what we're saying the universe is we can't take another thing, and so guess what we're going to get? Another thing. [00:43:10]
Our second principle says this, our essence is of God, therefore we are inherently good. This God essence was fully expressed in Jesus the Christ, so we are one with the Christ. So this God essence was fully expressed, and we can fully express this because we are good. Is anybody holding a message in themselves that they're not good? That you're still harboring that you are bad? Because somehow you've just messed up your life. Because every day is a new opportunity. Every day is your chance to completely heal the trajectory of what you are facing. Every day is a call to newness. [00:44:33]
The storm didn't define him. His consciousness defined the storm. Let's hear that again. This is the metaphysical breakdown of this, okay? So he said, peace be still, which is the Christ consciousness, which is within each and every one of us. The storm didn't define him. His consciousness defined the storm. So that takes our powerlessness out of it, right? Even the storm, we can quiet. These things that we think are so out of hand, and we can't get in control of, this hard relationship, this situation where it just seems like this person is out to get you, and undermining you, and taking your power away from you, and whatever, whatever power you're giving this situation, you are the Christ consciousness that can quiet that storm without even a conversation, because you energetically can move things. [00:46:40]
You have to believe it to see it. This is faith. This is asking us to step into a higher state of consciousness and recognizing we have a divine connection with something greater than you can ever imagine, and you have a power to take hold of that light, of that love. [00:48:07]
You agreed to be here now for a reason, and that reason is you promised you would angel up at this time. You promised you would realize you are an ascended master on earth. You came to earth to become the light at this time of earth's ascension, to become the source of unconditional love for others because you have awakened to the understanding that unconditional love flows through you at all times from your God source. This means you are never lacking in love. You are never unloved. You're always brimming with the love and eager to spread that unconditional love to others. [00:50:41]
We know that when we're praying for others and we're in intentional prayer, that it's also taking care of everything that we have a prayer for ourselves as well. It's that connectivity of spirit moving through us that it actually brings us blessings just as strongly back to us in our giving. So these circles are a way of angeling up together, choosing to be the love, the light, and the healing presence we came here to embody. [00:51:55]
