#CrossTransformsHearts
“``I'll remind you today that it's because of the cross. It's because of the cross. He showed his love for us. He sets us free from sin so that one day we can be in paradise. Whatever goes on in our day to day, whatever life we may want to live, whatever thing is holding us back from stepping into the fullness of what God wants, that will not amount to our heavenly presence. The moment where we get to step into heaven and be face to face with our loving father for eternity. Ananias and Sapphira got caught up on money. This isn't a money thing. This is a heart thing. And so I wonder today, where is your heart?”

#AuthenticWorship
“We need authenticity. We need to be obedient, and we need to stand in reverence before God. And I believe to become an impactful Christian to and therefore be a powerful church. We must be authentic in worship, obedient in action, and reverend before God. Authentic in worship, obedient in action, and reverend before God. It will look different for each of us. Some of you might need to take a mask off and be authentic. Some of you might need to align yourself with actually being obedient to God's call and what he's asking you to do. And others just need to come before him. Say, God, you are worthy of everything, and I give you it all.”

#ObedientLove
“You should love your neighbor as yourself. But we're to give God everything. Ananias and Sapphira, they're not doing that. They're trying to put the perception that they are, but actually they're not. They're holding the money back. What are we holding back from God? What are we not being obedient in? In those moments where maybe we feel a slight holy spirit nudge to go and speak to someone or to to share your faith or to bless someone or actually spend a moment with a homeless person to hear their story. Or when a friend is struggling who hasn't got a faith, maybe you feel a nudge to say, can I pray for you?”

#PrayBoldly
“But sometimes it's a bit too scary. Sometimes it's a bit too hard. Sometimes we do just say, which is great. The first step is saying, I'll pray about that. I'll pray for you. That's awesome. We need to do that. But also, wonder what a moment of being like, I know this is weird, but can I pray for you right now? I wonder what happened. I wonder what God will do. I wonder if he'll show up more if we are obedient to his voice. We gotta love God with all of our heart, all of our soul, all of our mind, and we've gotta love each other. We've gotta love our neighbor like ourselves.”
