True discipleship requires more than just mental assent to Jesus' divinity; it demands a heart transformed by His Word and a life committed to His teachings. This transformation is evidenced by a willingness to let go of worldly attachments and live according to His will. [00:07:16]

Counterfeit spirituality is prevalent in the church today, where many profess belief but remain unchanged by the Word. Jesus calls for genuine repentance and transformation, not just superficial acknowledgment of faith. [00:09:19]

Idolatry within the church is a significant issue, with many believers entangled in worldly pursuits. Jesus calls for a separation from the world, urging believers to live lives that reflect His holiness and not be conformed to worldly values. [00:13:03]

False security in salvation is a dangerous deception. True salvation is marked by a life that bears fruit in keeping with repentance, continually shaped by the Word of God. Believers must examine their lives for evidence of genuine transformation. [00:24:20]

The call is for a return to authentic Christianity, where believers are not just hearers of the Word but doers. This requires a willingness to let go of anything that hinders our walk with Christ and to embrace a life of holiness and obedience. [00:27:12]

Jesus discerned a counterfeit faith in them, a counterfeit spirituality. Jesus was looking at them and he said, something's wrong and it's almost as vision wait a minute stop everything. I know your disciples are excited about this but there's something not right. [00:05:37]

You see Jesus coming almost ruthlessly against these people who said they were believers. There's a ruthlessness and then it's I'm going to show you it was done in kindness and love and reaping, but the Lord was bearing down on these. [00:07:16]

The gospel is so been so watered down you can go to I mean there are demons should be comfortable in many churches today. There are demons that could say amen everything is being preached in the prophet. [00:13:03]

You see, they were second to rock and rollers they they said they believed on Jesus so they just brought the rock and roll everything in they used to dress like that now they're guessing like that for Jesus the only thing that strange is they put Jesus words through the same melodies. [00:13:03]

You know why the church is becoming more like Hollywood than Jesus. I want to show it to you it's because we got greedy dogs in the pulpit. You're saying hey that's strong language well I didn't say it Isaiah said I said that fast-spoken prophet of all the major prophets Isaiah 56 prayer. [00:13:03]

Counterfeit believers are blind to their bondage and slavery that they're under. They're under bondage and slavery and don't know it and they get mad if you try to show them. Yes they do. When Jesus told these believers that they could not be his disciples unless they allowed his word to break their sins they got offended. [00:17:11]

You see, they don't see Jesus as an emancipator from sin they see him as an enhancer of their career and of their personality they enhance it which I'll add Jesus he'll help my career. [00:27:12]
