#PrayDespiteGuilt
“Sometimes guilt tells us, you can't pray. Have you ever felt during those private little moments of rebellion in your life and heart when you've done something you know was not right, you thought something that was wrong or you've held on to something or you made wrong decisions without because you didn't acknowledge god. He he he just he just wanna run away and hide. He just wanna stick your head in the sand. Guilt tells you you cannot pray. You can't pray like that but the gospel says, because of Christ, I must pray”

#IntercedeDontCriticize
“When another believer stumbles, our instinct should not be criticism, but what? Intercession. As I say, before you intervene, intercede. Often, we're quick to act and try to correct others before we've even taken it to god in prayer. he says, when you see our brother commit a sin, what kind of sins we're talking about? What what kind of sins do brothers commit? We're not talking about people way out there. You know, it's easy to to watch a world of of of going wrong and and kind of hide ourselves in this cocoon of a church, but we're guilty as well.”

#SavedByHisRighteousness
“We struggle with this. We struggle with all of this. Parts of this, some of it, but we struggle with it. And often times, we struggle with it to the point we say, can I really be saved? Can I really be sure of my salvation? Knowing who I am inside. Yes, you can. You know why? Because the righteousness of our savior who died took your place on the cross covers you. Covers you. It's not by our righteousness that we're saved. It's by his.”

#PrayUnderGodsWill
“Prayer is not twisting God's arm for our selfish interest, our selfish desire. Prayer is bringing our desires. Now this is an important statement. Really, prayer, your prayer, my prayer should be this, bringing our desires under the loving authority of God and his word and his will. Now it's in that context that he says, whatever you ask, he'll grant it according to his will.”
