#BlessedHope
“``The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the greatest hope that we have as Christians, so I gotta get that off the table right now. But second to that, it is the return of Jesus Christ that the apostle Paul says in Titus chapter two verse 13 is our great hope, the blessed hope of the church, the glorious appearing of our great God and savior Jesus Christ. That's what we long for. Not because we're terrified and we're in fear because of all this apocalyptic stuff, but we hold our heads high because our master is coming. He has not left us as orphans. He's coming to collect us as his own.”

#JesusInTheFlesh
“That's a big deal. That's an important fact. He's not gonna be a vision. He's not gonna be an apparition. He's not gonna be a figment of the imagination. He's gonna be his physical self with the wound in his side and and the nail prints in his hands and the scars on his back. That's the Jesus Christ who's coming back again, wrapped in glory and majesty in the flesh. Secondly, the ascension of Jesus Christ tells us that not only is Jesus Christ coming back personally, in person, but it's gonna be visible.”

#ConqueringKing
“And when that day day happens, it's not gonna be like his first advent. He's not gonna be coming and lying in a manger as a babe. He's not gonna be riding a pathetic donkey like he did in his triumphal entry. The bible says that when he comes back again, he's coming back as a conquering king wrapped in majesty and in glory for every eye to see with the sword on his right in his right hand riding on the back of a stallion to bring out wrath against the ungodly with extreme prejudice and without passion.”

#SovereignRest
“No matter how chaotic, no matter how crazy this world gets, we get to rest in a sovereign God who we know still sits on the throne, is completely in charge. We stay anchored in the word of God. We stay tethered to him through the spirit, and we're gonna be just fine. Stand up. Brace yourself like a man. Stick your chest out. Keep your chin high because Jesus Christ has not left you as orphans. He's coming back free. That's the message of the return.”
