#VictoryAlreadyWon
“``Church, there's gonna be moments when everything in you wants to run, wants to compromise, wants to quit, or wants to surrender, but God has not left you defenseless. He has given us truth. He's given us righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and his word. And the good news is that Jesus has already won the decisive victory. At the cross, it looked like darkness had won. But on Sunday morning, Jesus rose from the grave with all power in his hands. So we don't have to fight for a victory that might happen. We fight from a victory that Jesus has already secured.”

#StrengthInTheLord
“The armor is what God has done for us in Christ, and the victory is what god does in you by his power. And that's why Paul begins by saying, finally, be strong in the lord and in the strength of his might. He doesn't say go out and fight in your strength. In our strength, we are weak, but in our weakness, he is made strong. Paul says, be strong and in the in the lord and in the strength of his might. See, we're not fighting for strength, we're fighting from strength. Well, we're not fighting for victory, we are fighting from victory because Jesus has already won the victory.”

#HoldTheLine
“Paul tells us to stand firm. That means to hold the line. But standing is not passivity. It's active obedience. It's trusting God. It's resisting evil. It's refusing to retreat. It's refusing to surrender. It's remaining faithful to the Lord Jesus. All we have to do is hold the line. See, because this is not our battle. This is God's battle. Exodus fourteen fourteen, God says, hey, all you have to do is stand there. You let me fight the battle for you. You let me take care of it. My job is to win the war, and I won the war at Calvary. Your job is to put on the armor. Your job is to trust God. Your job is to walk victoriously.”

#StandAndResist
“See, we're never told in the bible that we are supposed to to run from the devil. We are commanded to submit to God, resist the devil, and stand firm in the victory that Jesus Christ has already won. We don't have to go take the the battle to the devil. You know why? Because he's gonna bring the battle to you every single day. And when he does, what do you do? You stand firm. You hold the line. And that's exactly what I believe the apostle James meant when he said this, resist the devil and he will not or resist the devil and he will flee from you. See, there's not one piece of this armor that the devil can pierce.”
