#CreationFromLove
“And it's important to understand that God is love before God creates because creation flows out of a loving God. God did not create because he lacked something, as though he needed something. He was already perfectly loved as father, son, and spirit who lived in this perfect fellowship. He was totally fine as God, but because he loved, because he is love, creation comes forth.”

#GodGivesDignity
“God given dignity. We do not give the dignity. Man doesn't give dignity. God gives the dignity to whom? To every human being on earth. Every human life is valuable beyond what we understand because it's made in the image of God, all of it. It doesn't matter what you have to think you have to offer or what you accomplish in life, how much money you have, how old you are, if you're a man, if you're a woman. It doesn't matter if you're still unborn in the mother's womb. If you're on the street, if you're from another nation, or you're even one of our quote unquote enemies who are attacking us. That life has the god given dignity as every other life, and it should be treated as such. And it should be viewed as such. And in our hearts, we should think of people that way, including ourselves.”

#IdentityDefinedByGod
“Since the beginning, guys, Satan and all of the spiritual forces that come along with him speak the same lie. You know what that lie is? God doesn't define you. You can define you. You get to decide who you are, why you're here, what your purpose is. You make up your own identity, not God. You find your own truth. God doesn't speak the truth. You'd get to decide what your life means.”

#SoundDoctrineMatters
“Do you hear what what the issue is? We as people want other people to just tell us what we wanna hear. Just tell me what I what I wanna hear, man. Make me feel good about my life, about who I am and everything else, about what I want, make me feel good about that. Teach me words like that. And that's the opposite of sound doctrine. Sound doctrine doesn't care what we feel. Sound doctrine cares about the truth of what God says. So that's why we study it. That's why we do our job to persist in it. God, what is your word saying? What is it really saying? It doesn't matter what I think and feel about it. What is it saying? What's the truth of it? Sound doctrine.”

#FatherAlmighty
“``Now, it's important to know that God's not just father, because the creed doesn't say that. He says he is father almighty. Could you imagine how disappointing it would be if God was just God the father, all love and no power? That would be very disappointing. What could he do? Could he lead us? Could he save us? Could he guide us? Could he do all the amazing things? No. He's not just God the father. Likewise, if God was only God almighty and not father and not loving, could you imagine how terrifying it would be if God was just almighty? No love? Look out. I mean, we wouldn't be here. Right? But he is father almighty. praise God. He is all powerful beyond comprehension, and he is all love beyond comprehension. Praise God, man.”

#LifeBelongsToGod
“And if God is the one that gives me skills and money and resources, he's the one that gets to decide how I use the money and the resources and the skills because it belongs to him. Here's what we're saying. In other words, guys, God created my life, therefore, life belongs to God, all of it. It it hurts. It's not easy to say that, but I will say this. I trust in what God can do with my life way more than I trust what I can do with my life. I've seen what I can do with my life, and it's not good. I look back at the things that I did and the people I've hurt, and I'm like, that was me, that was not God, that was me trying to decide. God, I gladly give you this part. Now, my spirit says here, take.”

#JesusRestoresImage
“And so now what do we do? We distort that image of God, don't we? We were created to love. What do we do? We hurt. We were created to build up. We tear down. We were created to give. Instead, we take. That's what we do as humans. It's not what we're created to do. It's because of the distorted image that we do that. Here's what I praise God about. Even though that image got messed up, God didn't just abandon us and say, well, good luck. You guys screwed it up. That's it. He didn't. He sent one to be the perfect image of God. That's what the scriptures tell us. Jesus, it says, is the image of the invisible God. He actually lived out what we were created to do, but we couldn't because of sin. Jesus did. He lived out as the perfect image. But here's what's even cooler. If we put our faith and hope in him, what does he do? He restores us back to the image.”

#KnowGodsHeart
“And I think it is so important that the apostles creed starts with, I believe in God the father before it says, I believe in God the creator. Do you notice that? Why would they start with God the father? Because I think before you get into creation, you need to know God's heart. Because if you don't know God's heart, you might understand creation the wrong way.”
