#SamePeterNewFire
“``This is Peter. And if there was anybody that I expected to speak at this moment, Peter was not on the top of that list at all. Why? Because this is the same one who denied Christ three times not long ago by a fire in a courtyard, denied that he even knew who Jesus was, and he is now speaking boldly, proclaiming Christ in front of thousands. Same Peter, different fire. See, Peter didn't stay in the room and and write a journal entry about what happened to him. He opened the door and he preached to a city. Peter immediately went from experience to proclamation. Why? Because there were people right outside of that room who needed to encounter and experience the presence and the power of God that he and the others in the upper room did.”

#FireProvenOnTheStreets
“The altar deals with what you are carrying and the upper room fills what you are missing, but the streets outside of these walls is where it gets proven. It's where it gets proven. Because the fire that fell in acts two didn't fall just so we could feel something. It fell so that we could carry something. It left the room through Peter's mouth. It left the room through the crowd's suite and left the room through their everyday. So the question that we have to sit with this morning is where does the fire go when we leave this building? Where does our fire go when we leave this building?”

#UpperRoomLaunchpad
“If we want to experience lives that are effective for the kingdom of God, These two things that we have been talking about are central to our faith. However, this isn't where it ends. Yes. Our lives need to be surrendered at the altar, and our hearts need to be committed to seeking him, but the proof of an altar and upper room led life isn't the goosebumps that we feel in this room. It is the streets that we are sent to outside of this room. The upper room was not a destination. The upper room was a launch pad.”

#LoveKnownByAction
“It can't just be something we see, we hear about on Sunday, we experience. It has to become our every day. The church as a whole and especially limitless, this is not a country club where everybody who accepted Jesus gets to come together and feel good about what we've done. This is where we get equipped and sit on Sunday to show, to prove, and to live on Monday. Jesus didn't say they'll know us by the church we attend. He didn't say they'll know us by the songs that we sing. He said they will know us by our love Yes. One Yes. For another. that love is most visibly seen outside of these doors. That love is most visibly seen outside these doors.”

#MakeTheFireEveryday
“It does us no good to to hear stories of healing and and and see breakthroughs happen and restoration and and experience the very presence of the living God on Sundays only to come back week after week after week looking to relive it or get a spiritual high every Sunday. The disciples experienced an empowerment in the upper room, and then they took it home. If we want to experience the unity that God desires for this church, if we wanna experience the boldness that God's desire for this church, the generosity, the revival in our time, then the fire has to become our every day.”

#NotAChurchOfReruns
“We come in here we we come in Sunday after Sunday after Sunday, and we say, oh, that was a great experience. Oh, the presence of God met me. Oh, that was amazing. Oh, this person, this thing happened that, and it's just sit up, stand up, sit down, stand up, sit down, leave, come back, leave. No. No. No. No. A fire that doesn't leave the room isn't revival. It's a rerun. We do not desire that Limitless Church would be a church of reruns. The things that you experience here, the revelation that you get here, the wisdom that you get here, the conviction that you get here, the healing that you get here, it is not meant to be here so that you could stand here and say that was good. No. It is meant so that you would take this outside of the doors of the church and share it with your neighbors, share it with your family, share it with your coworkers, share it with people that you see on the street, that they would see you, and that they would want to encounter and have an experience just like you had experienced, that they would get to experience the fire just like you experienced the fire here.”

#FromExperienceToMovement
“But I spent a minute telling them from my mouth about the experience that I had. Why? Because it was so good to me that I wanted somebody else to know about it. And what I am saying is what we are trying to do here in this church is way bigger than getting food in someone's stomach. We're trying to change their lives and their eternity. So what does that mean? The fire, the presence of God, the miracles, the fire that we experience here has to leave the room. Yes. Felt fire that never becomes spoken fire was never real fire. am I saying? A church that only holds an experience becomes a museum, but but a church that shares that experience be it becomes a movement.”

#LoveShinesInDarkness
“That love is most visibly seen outside these doors. go out and we're able to say, hey, I prayed for you this week or how can I pray for you this week? And we say, hey, you know, the Lord has put you on my heart. Just I just wanted to bless you or Or in moments of turmoil, we're at peace. When we get to be a blessing to people who otherwise may not have an opportunity to walk into the doors of a church, They'll know us by our love. It is one thing to be on fire in the midst of fire, but it is another thing entirely to be on fire in the midst of darkness.”

#SharingStartedTheHarvest
“You look at this, and you say, man, 3,000 souls. I would love to be a part of a something where 3,000 people got an opportunity to come to Jesus. We all at that number, but we need to understand that 3,000 didn't come out of thin air. It didn't come out of thin air. This came from Peter and the others that were in the room taking what they experienced in the room outside of the room. And that moment catapulted the beginning of the church of Jesus Christ.”

#DontBecomeAMuseum
“And I sit there and I think, take pictures. I was looking at these pictures, and this place was once a place that was full of power. This place was a place where God resided and people's lives were changed and families were changed and and people came to be here to be with the Lord, and it's now a museum. Because at some point, they stopped sending and they stopped sharing. And now they're nothing but monuments of the power that once was. At some point, the fire stopped leaving the room.”
52s
#SentFromTheUpperRoom
“See, the upper room was the what. Today, we answer the why. See, that moment didn't just happen so that they could have an experience in the upper room, but so that they could be sent from the upper room. The fire that they experienced started in the upper room, but it was not meant to stay in the upper room. K? The fire that we experienced that starts was meant it starts in the upper room, but it's not meant to stay there. The thing about acts chapter two as we read through this, the the thing that we most find unique is the person that's talking here.”

#TellWhatGodDid
“Could it be because you haven't told people what he's done? Could it be because you stopped sharing the goodness of what he did in your life? I don't care if he did it last week or twenty years ago, you should still be telling people what he did. Let your light shine. The fire has to leave this room. The fire has to move in your feet. The fire has to become your everyday.”

#FireThatMovesFeet
“does our fire go when we leave this building? Does it go out of our mouth, or does it just stay in our notes and our pictures and our journals? it move our feet, or does it just become an emotional movement for an hour and a half on a Sunday? Does it become our everyday or does it become a story that we tell about how God or what God used to be doing? I praise God when people tell me about what happened years ago and how God used to move, but I'm even more excited to hear about how he's moving now.”
53s
#ReachWoodlandNow
“The fire reaches us so that we can go out into our city, to our region, and to our world. We cannot let what he does in this church, what he does in our lives, in our marriages, and in our families remain the best kept secret. Listen. There are 63,000 people in the city of Woodland that need to experience the love of God, the gifts of God, and the grace of God. And we have been given a gift. We have been given a a unique gift of being in this city, in this body, at this time.”
51s
#StopBeingTheBestKeptSecret
“I'm not trying to hide this. Let me tell you something. I I I do not want limitless church to be the best kept secret of Woodland. The devil is a liar. Don't let don't let this church be the best kept secret of wool and tell it. Tell it. Tell it. Tell it. So that people could experience the presence of God. So they could experience the fire of God, so they could experience the love of God, the power of God. But it only happens when we open our mouths. Yes. It only happens when our feet get to moving to do what he's called us to do.”
56s
#TellGodsGoodness
“But it's fine. Why? Because the goal isn't to tell you how good I am. The goal is to tell you how good God that should be the cry of our life. That should be when we wake up in the morning, when we have an an interaction with whoever it is, we should be looking for the opportunity. We should be looking for the door to open. Oh, God. I I open the door so I can tell them, God. I wish they would ask me how my day was. I wish they would ask me how my week was. I wish they see me in this nice outfit. They better say something so I could tell them about the goodness of God. Why? Because I want them to know that the same God Yeah. Yeah. That has done this for me is the same God that is available to you.”
62s
#FromFeelingToMission
“We are the ones. And today, we have to decide whether we will be satisfied with a feeling or will we take this feeling to the ends of the earth. This city needs Jesus. needs Jesus. The surrounding cities, they need Jesus. They need him. We have been sent. We have we are the ones that have been sent from the upper room. What will Today, we have to make a decision. Not to just know, but to go.”
52s
#BeHisMegaphone
“Father, thank you so much for your word. God, thank you for speaking to your people today, God. We acknowledge what you've said in this place. Not only do we acknowledge it, God, but we make a decision today to not be just hearers but doers, God. We will be your megaphone in this city. We will be your megaphone at our jobs, at our schools, in our neighborhoods, in our families, to declare the praises of him who called us out of darkness into his marvelous light.”
56s
#AskForBoldness
“God, your holy spirit has already equipped us. So, God, we ask for a double dose of boldness. You told the disciples, don't worry what to say, when they ask you questions because the Holy Spirit will begin to speak through you, God, and we thank you that the same is true for us. That we wouldn't worry about what to say and whether or not we will we get it wrong, will we have all of the answers. But we pray, God, for opportunities to declare your glory this week that your holy spirit would speak boldly through us perhaps in a way that we've never done it before, that your fire would burn brightly on the inside of us.”
46s
#ProclaimHisGoodness
“oh, I don't wanna say nothing because I don't want nobody think I'm bragging. I don't want nobody to know what what I got or what's going on. How dare you? continues to bless you. He continues to heal. He continues to give restoration. You should take every breath and every opportunity that you have to declare his goodness and let your light shine. That's what that means. Not so that you would give glory to yourself, not so you would talk about what you did or what you got going on, but you appoint people to Jesus.”
