Tear Down Altars of Divided Allegiance

Jesus takes His place as the only one who deserves first place. The worship rises with one cry, Jesus, take your place, because the whole room is being called back to Him. The Lord interrupts the plan to minister and shows a gap called divided allegiance. That gap is not treated lightly. It becomes an altar that must come down.

Ephesians 4 declares the way of the Lord’s people. The prisoner of the Lord urges a walk worthy of the calling, with humility, gentleness, patience, love, unity, and the bond of peace. The text declares one body, one Spirit, and one hope. That one-ness exposes every idol, every divided loyalty, every competition, every preference, every platform, every personal agenda that has tried to sit where only Jesus belongs.

The altar of divided allegiance comes down through repentance. God alone deserves loyalty. Not a title. Not a position. Not a platform. Not a preference. Not a private ambition. The idols have to be named and removed because God wants the heart. He wants the rightful seat. He wants the room that has been crowded with offense, strife, gossip, resentment, bitterness, fear, distrust, and separation.

The battle is not against flesh and blood. The word of the Lord exposes rulers of darkness, principalities, satanic whispers, and thoughts that make people fight the very ones God called them to love. Offense becomes a strategy of darkness. Gossip becomes poison leaking out through words. Suspicion and rumors become tools of division. So the true enemy must be recognized, and people must not be made enemies when God has called them to be loved.

Love becomes warfare. The church stands on the enemy’s head by saying, “I love you,” by forgiving, by creating an atmosphere of love, by refusing to let the sound die. Revival Bay is not treated like a casual name, but like a prophetic declaration. God is doing a breaking and recalibrating hearts back to Him.

Jesus becomes the question again. Where did the attention fall? Where did the affection fall? Where did the desire for the word fall? Where did the love and unity fall? The answer is to consider Jesus. It is not about performance, clothing, platform, or selfish ambition. It is about Jesus, because He is coming back.

Remaining in Jesus is where fruit comes from. Surrender brings anxiety, fear, lust, pornography, masturbation, pride, and stubbornness into the light. God is faithful and just to forgive, and He gives safety for truth. Repentance asks for humility to forgive, wisdom to communicate, healing where hurt has come, peace where strife has grown, truth where rumors have spread, and unity where division has entered.
