“Friends, if you were walking in your neighborhood in the middle of night here, going for a stroll, Everyone in there went to sleep. It's quiet. And see your neighbor's house ablaze. The kitchen's on fire downstairs. Their house is going up in flames, and they're not outside. There's no fire department. No one's helping them. No one's aware of them. They're about to be burned in their sleep. Would you not do everything in your power? Make every noise you could to wake your neighbor from their slumber. Say, get out of that house. It's on fire. You are gonna go down with it if you don't get out. And they might wake you up, and they might purse you out from the window because you woke them from their peaceful sleep and their dreams. So he can't control that. But what does a neighbor do for his neighbor if not warn them of their impending doom when their house is ablaze? The same is true on an infinitely grander scale with heaven and hell.”

“There's a guarantee here. This is the ultimate inheritance of every believer throughout human history. There's no separate inheritance for special Christians or better Christians or more knowledgeable Christians because, spoiler alert, there aren't any. The ground is level at the foot of the cross. That'll be my catchphrase for the years I'm here. The ground is level, friends. There are no special forces Christians. There are no green beret Christians. There are no highly exalted Christians and lowly exalted Christians. There are Christians who are saved by grace. That's it. Amen.”
36s
“come to the savior, not for some sort of fire insurance or benefit from him or this prosperity world will have you believe, but because he's good and he's gracious and he's loving and he's caring and he's patient and he's worthy, and because he will not turn you away. You cannot outsend his grace. Do not take another breath without knowing Christ if you do not know him. I plead with you for your soul this morning.”
