#AllInOnJesus
“because Jesus, not me, not my perfection, not my blamelessness, not me getting my act together, but Jesus, human and God, heaven and earth, here and forever. Go all in. Surrender to the gospel with actually growing and maturing in your faith, with the development of your godly character. No more excuses. No more exceptions and passes that you're willing to give to yourself and not to others. Go all in because the integrity and strength for the reputation of Jesus' church is on the line. Go all in on the gospel.”

#PreflightCheckFaith
“``Man, sometimes in those preflight checks, if something's wrong, right, your whole world gets kinda turned upside down for a season. Well, I'd like you to look at first Timothy chapter three in our reading of scripture today. I wonder if the holy spirit wants to conduct kind of a a preflight check, so to speak, for all of us. In our all in life in Christ, our all systems go. Can we frame it that way today? And if not, where are the flashing lights and the warning beacons going off? And so I invite you into scripture.”

#DailyRepentance
“Daily dealing, daily dying, daily repentance, daily confession, daily invitation to live transformed, be set free, to surrender my Christian character as a servant of God today. And when I miss the mark, I don't ignore it. I I bring it out in out of darkness and into the light. I keep short and honest accounts with God and with others in this family of faith. Question. If someone studied your day to day practice and habit of being on the front line of God's new humanity, would they want to also take part in that kind of life?”

#SpiritEmpoweredGrowth
“Go all in in maturing and growing. Go all in in your godly character. Go all in in your surrender to the good news that not only is he risen, not only is he seated at the right hand of God the father, but the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead has taken up residence in you and in me. The holy spirit, the spirit of Christ whom you have received, equipping and empowering you for this life of growth, for this life of maturity, for this life of godliness.”

#NoTolerableLevels
“Can I challenge you today that one of the preflight checks is how is your spiritual growth? How is your maturing in Christ? You know, there are not levels of tolerable tolerable behavior in Jesus' kingdom. There aren't levels from good to mediocre to bad to horrible. We like to find ourself on a on a sliding scale sometimes of our Christian conduct or our our godly righteousness or our maturity in Christ. Well, you know, so and so's bad and I'm pretty good. So I compare to him, I'm doing alright. There aren't levels of tolerable behavior.”

#InviteHolySpiritGrowth
“So don't water down the gospel of Christ by not being consistent in your life of godliness. Let's grow. Let's mature in how we're becoming more and more like Jesus. And if this is hard to hear today, I don't want you to leave here with any ounce of shame or condemnation. I want you to leave here with a compelling desire to invite the Holy Spirit into whatever area is being poked right now to say, how can I grow? How can I mature? How can I be all in? How can I live deeply surrendered?”

#FoundationsOfGodliness
“I like that the apostle Paul clearly states, this is too important to not get in front of you as soon as possible. I could have waited to tell you in person, but I had to write it down. There are clear measurables for how the household of God should behave. You saying yes to going all in with your growth and maturity and characters like a pillar and a buttress of the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. It's foundational. It's secure. It's strong. It's something that future generations can confidently build their lives upon, and it's likened to a mystery of godliness.”

#NewHumanityLeadership
“If you're taking notes, I would love for you to write that down. Because of Jesus, there is a different way to human. A different kind of lifestyle from what we see in the world all around us. And the reason that leaders must keep these standards is because this is what God longs to see in all of his children. All of them. And that's you and that's me. Leadership in the church, as leaders, we're on the cutting edge of the new humanity, on the front line, the the tip of the spear of what the church is meant to be.”
