#MarchingWithChrist
“Why communion? It is it reminds us of our marching orders, and it reminds us in whose name we go in. We go in the the living resurrected lord Jesus Christ who gives us power through his spirit to do anything that we'll come up against, to face any trial, any challenge, to talk with anyone about the faith. People say all the time, I I don't know how to share my faith. You don't have to. Jesus will give you the words. The holy spirit at that time will give you the words to say.”

#ForgivenAtTheTable
“As we come to the table, we participate in the kingdom of God. We participate, in the resurrected Lord, in his life, in his death, in his resurrection. As we come to this table, we experience his love and his grace as represented through the cross. As we come to this table, we experience forgiveness just like the the woman who committed adultery that when Jesus, said those without sin cast the first stone and they all dropped their stones and they left her. He said, woman, is is no one here to condemn you? He said, neither do I. Go and sin no more.”

#CovenantWrittenOnHearts
“And so when Jesus came into the world, God was revealing his new covenant. The covenant that was prophesied in Jeremiah where he said, I will write my covenant on your heart. No longer will it be sealed with circumcision, it will be written on your heart. Right? And and so this covenant, as we come forward, we remember that Christ is the sacrifice once and for all for you, for me, and for the world. And so as we come to the table, we remember the truth of John three sixteen, for God so loved the world that he gave his only son.”

#FedToBeSent
“Every Sunday morning that she could muster, she would get out of bed and go to her small neighborhood church. And and at that church, they did holy communion every week. And one particular week, the pastor said something that stuck with her that stuck with her. He said, we are fed here to be bred out there. And as she worked in the restaurant industry, it made a profound impact on her. She thought we're we're called to be bred to be broken for those out in the world, to be broken for the kingdom, to be broken for our resurrected lord, to share him with the world.”
