Aligning with the Holy Spirit for Transformation

``When our life, both public and private, is in alignment, we set a table for him. We set a table for the Holy Spirit. Because if YouTube can talk you, excuse me, if I can talk you into it, YouTube can talk you out of it. If I can talk you into it, whatever news program you watch can talk you out of it. Whatever grandma you listen to can talk you out of it. Whatever person that you bring to that's not in the Spirit of God can talk you out of it. That is why he says, I'm not trying to come to you with all of these fancy words and all of these fancy things, but a demonstration of the Spirit and of power. There is clear evidence of a life that is lived in alignment with the Holy Spirit. Galatians chapter 5. Let's keep going down in that same paraphrase in verse 22. It says, But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you, the evidence that the Holy Spirit is living in you, the evidence that you are in alignment, the harvest of the seed of the Holy Spirit living on the inside of you is this, joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures, kindness in action, a life full of virtues, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit. Do not continue to hold on to something that's dead. If the spirit is the source of life, of our life, we must also allow the spirit to direct some aspects of our life. When we align ourselves with the Holy Spirit, we will not only hear his voice, but we will witness the power of God working in us and through us. Can you imagine what would happen if we all say, you know what? We're choosing to operate in demonstration and power. We're choosing to not let the sin that so easily besets us hold us any longer. When we operate in alignment with him, he is free to move consistently in our lives and in this church. Do not let this be just a message that pass. Don't let this just be a regular thing.
