1. "What is your message to others by what you say and how you live on what it means to follow Jesus? Last week we talked about that you, we are supposed to live beyond suffering. To something of conviction. We're supposed to live beyond our indulgences. It's not about do or don't, but let's not indulge and just to find acceptance. And we also learn that we need to move from death, beyond death to life. As the gospel is preached and focused on life, the resurrection life." 2. "The first thing I want to leave you is that we need to live our life with a weighed perspective. A weighed perspective. What do I mean weighed? Because the previous passage talks about how God's going to go weigh what we do, what we say. So if you decide to indulge in what you want to indulge and be accepted by the things of the world, then you won't, you're weighed. You go ahead and weigh with the things of the world and it won't matter. And the things you do won't matter." [07:25] (27 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

3. "What usually happens when you get clear-minded and sober on figuring out what the things are the most important things? What is that? What happens? Health issue? For sure. Someone who passes away, maybe it's a big transition. Maybe you lose. Your job. Or you gain a job. Maybe you move from place to place to place. Maybe it's a season of life change where you get engaged or get married or have a kid. Or you go from high school to, sorry, junior high to high school or high school to college. Those are big changes." [11:55] (34 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

4. "The disciple that recognizes, that has perspective, will pray. The one that doesn't have perspective ceases to pray. Okay. Maybe that's a little too bold. But that's true. Because the one that has perspective needs God. Understand the world needs God. Everyone needs God. And we must come to the king that can provide. Okay. And we need to come down. Because we have clear perspective. We're not distracted. You know the good thing that I love, that the devil wants to mess us up? Keep giving external stimuli so you don't get to default mode." 5. "Jesus never said, perform for me. He says, not curse or don't curse. But he says, come near to me. And the idea of praying is not just simply this conversation of saying, I'm going to ask you for stuff. I need stuff. It's this idea of I'm drawing near. Drawing near. And this idea of like, once you draw near, that you'll recognize, as Corrie Ten Boom says, that the safest place to be in the context of this world is to be in the center of God's will." 6. "Above all, Peter goes into, above all, love each other deeply. Because love covers a multitude of sins. Another way of putting it is I love one another earnestly. Another way is love fervently. That's the passage I read from NET. Love fervently. Love earnestly. Love deeply. Uh-huh. But I don't know if I always say, you know, anyone who's been doing ministry with me, I say this a lot. What's the bottom line? Like the bottom line is, even at work, the bottom line. Do you know what the bottom line means?" [21:48] (42 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

7. "And at the center of this love, when you recognize this idea of this love that covers sin, that's the love that you have for one another. That deep, fervent love. Do you have that for another? Do you have that for another person here in this room? Oh yeah, my spouse. Well, I don't know if your spouse agrees. Just kidding. Okay. My kids. I don't know if your kids, I want your kids back to you. What about your brothers and sisters? What about your small group? What is that love that's fervent and deep?" 8. "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to survive so it makes one statement remember I made a couple statements one is like unless you recognize things are near you get perspective that perspective allows you to pray after in that context of prayer you realize that you have perspective that perspective gives you the fact that I need to go love firmly and genuinely so the fact that I might need to take action even open my mind home is Paul is Peter's argument." 9. "So I challenge and you can tell that our church is built that way because I don't want to I don't want this to be something that doesn't matter without love it's not like I can make a decision and get in the way I want to It's an empty gong. Did you get it? It's pointless and without love. But it's also without that love that's only serving yourself doesn't work either. It has to have service. It has to build up. That's perspective. And it doesn't come from ourselves. It comes from God who gives it to us and we give him the glory. And we praise him." [39:58] (32 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

10. "So let's close our time. When it comes to living out loud for God's glory, this is God's calling for you. He's called you for this very thing. And so live in a way that matters in prayer and perspective. Live generously by loving deeply, opening up your home and life. Live faithfully to build others up to be God's presence and catalyst. And even in the midst of hopelessness, even in the midst of hopelessness or shame or suffering, God calls us to more." [40:40] (26 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)
