#GospelUnites
“```But the gospel unites us in spite of what we divide over. And so Peter explains to them what happened. He tells them the whole story. Here's what happened to me. I had this vision. Cornelius had this vision. So I did what God told me to do. I went and he shares, as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit came on them as he had come on us at the beginning. He shares a perspective that the Jewish believers that were with him had to experience. That God looked at them the same way he looked at us. God poured his holy spirit out on us. God poured his holy spirit out on them.”

#SameSpiritSameValue
“And then I remembered what the Lord had said, John baptized his father, but you will be baptized with the holy spirit. That's actually acts one five before Jesus goes into acts one eight where he says, you're gonna be my witnesses. And this is the statement where we all need to have a little bit of Peter in us because he says, so if God gave them the same gift he gave us who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to think that I could stand in God's way? If God gave to someone of a different color than you, the same holy spirit that he gave you, who are you to stand in his way? If God gives to someone who voted differently than you, the same holy spirit that he gave you, who were you to stand in his way? And when they heard this, they had no further objections, and they praised God saying, so then even the Gentiles, God has granted repentance that leads to life.”

#PartnerAcrossDifferences
“And this is where we need to all be a little bit like Peter. Because we all have, and I'm not pointing any fingers because I have it too. We all have those people that we like, I don't want to associate with them. I don't have time for them. I don't want to deal with them. And God says, but I gave my Holy Spirit to them, and they are no longer people that you should look at and think I can associate with them. They are people that we have to look at and say, we're supposed to partner with them to share the gospel, because now they have the same purpose and mission that we have. To tell the world that there is a God who loves them.”

#GodAcceptsAll
“this this this needs to be like repeated multiple times. That God accepts every single person. I keep hearing people tell me, oh, I I don't like you Christians because you're so narrow and you're so exclusive, you exclude anybody, but it's not true. God accepts anyone from any community, from any school district, from any color, from any nation. It doesn't matter what you did wrong. It doesn't matter how bad you've been. None of that matters. God says, hey, I want you God said, hey, you know what, Philip? I need you to go make another massive mile walk from where you are back down to go talk to this Ethiopian eunuch. One person. Imagine if God said, hey, I need you to get in your car, take this eight hour drive, so you can go tell this one person, hey, God wants you to be a part of his family.”
