“``Maleness is a matter of birth, but manhood is a matter of distinctive choice. And I've I've said that the last few weeks because I want you to understand that you're just not automatically a man because you were born with the right chromosomal DNA, and you were born with the right parts. That's not what makes a man. Right? What that's what makes a male. The scripture says in Genesis chapter one, verses twenty six and twenty seven that he created male and female both in the image of God. And so if you're a male this morning, it doesn't matter what age you are. God has called you to be a man. He's called you to biblical manhood.”

“And and just understand this, that we live in a world where many parents spend more time, money, energy, and effort on where their child is gonna spend the next four years in college as opposed to where they're gonna spend the next millions of years, billions of years, trillions of years in eternity. I hope I'm not stepping on anybody's toes unless you needed it. Or you'll spend all your time and your energy on on a sport where they've got a, you know, a a tenth of a percent chance of going pro. But listen to me. They've got a 100% chance in standing and giving an account before Jesus one day. Listen. We gotta be able to this doesn't diminish those things. Some of you are like, he's really getting in my business. No. No. No. I'm just saying Jesus better be first. I'm saying your family better that your family better be saved. I'm saying if your family's not saved, you have no business doing anything else.”

“Part of what it means to fight on the behalf of those that we love is to fight for truth. And the first thing that that that the apostle, references here in Ephesians chapter six is the belt of the truth. And listen to me. It it's a belt because every good armor has belt, and and the belt's what holds everything else up. And listen to me. The truth is what holds everything else up in culture. The truth is what's gonna hold everything else up in your life because there's gonna be arguments against it. And I just gotta say this morning that there is a a a true reality, right and a wrong, a right and a wrong that's according to the word of God. And if it's not right according to the word of God, it's not true.”

“And so to the men of God that are here this morning, I'm speaking to every male, but I'm calling out every man. I'm saying, it's time to pick up your sword. Some of you, you need to go back and get it from that last season where you left it. And some of you need to grab onto the word of God like you never have before because you never have before. Because it's your sword. Because otherwise, you're weaponless. Otherwise, the only thing that you have to do is defense. And defense isn't bad unless you can't do offense. And when it's time for offense and all you have is a shield, it's like, I guess we're just gonna run them over, but I don't know which way to go. Why? Because the sword of the spirit is the word of God. So I wanna pray for men this morning.”
