The majority of the world's population speaks in one of the top 100 languages. Our vision is to translate and produce The Wisdom Journey into each of those 100 languages.
This ambitious goal requires partnerships with technology providers like Pastors.ai to make translation scalable, affordable, and high-quality. The Hindi and Swahili translations represent a technological leap toward this global vision.
Initial Results: The Hindi translations have organically reached 40,000 views and gained 350 subscribers in just a few months on Youtube, demonstrating strong demand for Biblical content in native languages.
When we first considered offering this teaching series in multiple languages, the price was out of reach. It was gonna cost us $250,000 per language. Working with Pastors.ai has made it possible for us to rapidly expand our international outreach. It is also provided a compelling vision to our donors who make our ministry possible. In fact, the Swahili language is being completely underwritten by one of our donors. Our goal is to have The Wisdom Journey in the top 100 languages of the world, and we see this partnership as the means of achieving that.

Barriers to scale
Translating hundreds of videos is not only time-consuming, it's very complex. Traditional workflows require hiring translators, recording voiceovers, and editing everything by hand was very expensive and difficult to scale.
Commercial AI products could do a decent job, but they put rate limits on the number of videos they can translate. The scale of 780 episodes make even AI-assisted translation very difficult to navigate to support Wisdom International's global vision.

The Impact
Unprecedented scale and quality in Biblical teaching localization
780 episodes have been localized into 2 initial languages within a few months. The Wisdom International team was impressed by both the quality the translated video production (see example below), as well as the speed of reproducing their entire video library in multiple languages.
Building on this success, Korean and French are next on the list to further reach global audiences.
The quality of the translations is excellent. Stephen's voice sounds real and authentic. We appreciate that his countenance and gestures fit the content being spoken.
