#ProphecyHope
“And listen, as wisdom tells us, we leave a little room for human error when we interpret these scriptures. Not because we're confused or we don't know what we're reading because how many of you know sometimes as humans we get things messed up. And so I want you to think about this as it should be up on the screen. Christians may disagree about exactly where every event sits on the timeline, but we don't disagree about how the story ends. Can I get an amen? Jesus comes back. Jesus wins. Satan loses. Evil is judged, and God's people are redeemed, and Christ reigns forever. Amen.”

#ReachTheLost
“Don't become so fascinated with all this stuff that we're talking about in revelations that you forget that we need to reach people. We need to see people get saved. We need to see people experience God. Don't spend all your time trying to figure out who the antichrist is gonna be and ignoring the works that god wants to do in these last times. Can I remind you that he says, the harvest fields are ripe? They're ready. That he's gonna pour out his spirit in the last days. There is work for the church to do before these things happen.”

#ShareTheGospel
“These passages remind us that sin is serious. Evil has consequences, and God is a righteous judge. We shouldn't study revelation and walk away excited that judgment is coming. We should walk away brokenhearted for the people who need Jesus. And that's what I want you to take away from this today. This, just like last week, should put an urgency in our heart, in our mind, in our spirit to share the gospel like never before. We should be praying for people. We should be loving them. We should be doing whatever we can to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.”

#KnowYourBible
“We cannot afford to be Christians who know every headline but don't know our Bibles. We cannot afford to recognize every celebrity but fail to recognize the voice of our good shepherd. If you don't know the truth, you'll have a difficult time recognizing a lie. are you building your faith on what someone else tells you about God? Or are you spending time getting to know God for yourself? How do we do that? By reading his word, by spending time in prayer with him worshiping him, by developing a personal relationship with him.”

#BewareDeception
“One of the most fascinating things about the tribulation is how scripture describes the rise of the antichrist. Paul calls him the man of lawlessness. Daniel describes an arrogant ruler who opposes god. John describes a beast who receives authority from the dragon, Satan. And here's what I find interesting. He doesn't simply appear with military power and destruction. Scripture places enormous emphasis on his ability to deceive people. In second Thessalonians two nine and ten, Paul describes counterfeit signs and miracles and wicked deception associated with the man of lawlessness. In Revelations 13, people are amazed by the beast, and so they give him their allegiance. Imagine that. The very person who is opposing God is receiving the admiration from this world. And how does that happen? Because deception doesn't always look evil.”

#KingOfKings
“Daniel describes kingdoms rising and falling, and Revelation describes Satan's opposition to God, and Paul describes the man of lawlessness deceiving the world. But none of those powers have the final word. Revelation 19 gives us an extraordinary picture of Christ's victory. John sees heaven open and a rider on a white horse. He is called faithful and true. His name is the word of God. And Revelation nineteen sixteen declares, he's the king of all kings and lord of all lords. Church, we need to remember who we're serving. We're not serving a defeated savior. We're not following a powerless king. Come on, somebody. We're not putting our trust in somebody who might win. We're following Jesus Christ, the risen son of God, and his victory is certain.”

#CountTheCost
“So although revelation describes a future crisis of allegiance, every generation has faced this question from the beginning of time. Who will they worship? Who will they obey? Will they obey God? Will they do what he says? What he's called us to do? But I don't know about you today, but as for me and my house, we're gonna serve the Lord. And so the true test of your allegiance isn't what you say when following Jesus is easy. Is this up on the screen? Not sure if it is or not. Yeah. The true test of your allegiance isn't what you say when following Jesus is easy. It's what you do when following Jesus costs you something.”

#JesusWins
“But before we get into all that, I need you to understand something. Okay? Listen to this. This is not a sermon about how powerful Satan is. This is a sermon about how powerful Jesus is. So we're gonna talk about the antichrist, but he's not the main character. Amen. We're gonna talk about the mark of the beast. We're gonna talk about judgment. We're gonna also talk about the mercy and the salvation God offers through Jesus Christ. Because here's what you need to remember. The devil may have his moment, but Jesus has the final word.”

#LastDaysAwakening
“Bible doesn't present the last days as only a time of darkness. It presents it as a time of both great deception happening, but also great spiritual awakening. Some will fall away while others will draw closer. Some will love their, well, some will have, some will have their love grow cold for God, but some will realize that their love for God is stronger than ever before. Because God is going to pour out his spirit. And some will reject sound doctrine while sons and daughters prophesy. And so the question for the church isn't simply, are we living in the last days? The answer to that question is yes. Okay? But the more personal question today for you to ask yourself and to think about what will the last days produce in me? Will I fall away or will I press in? Will my love grow cold or lukewarm or will I be on fire for God? Will I be be deceived or grounded in the truth of God's word? Will I retreat in fear or be filled with the Holy Spirit?”

#StayFocusedOnGod
“And church, something we haven't even talked about is the distraction of preparation. Come on. Five bridesmaids were distracted because they weren't prepared. The enemy uses a lot of distractions to pull us away from our passion, from our intentions, from what's important. When we don't prepare, we usually get distracted. And I wonder how many of us this morning are here today, and we're guilty of being distracted by something that's not of God or from god, something that's been man made or even manipulated by the enemy. Something we don't have, something we think we need instead of being prepared. We're missing it.”
