Non-denominational

Modern music, practical teaching, and a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere — popular with young adults and families who want a welcoming community without strong denominational ties.

Mainline & historic

Traditional worship with beautiful sanctuaries, choral music, and liturgical services — congregations that connect faith with history and a long-standing community presence.

With the University of Colorado nearby, many churches emphasize student ministry — Bible studies, worship nights, and service opportunities built for people in their college and early-career years.

Family-friendly

Strong kids’ programs, youth groups, and safe, supportive environments — with Sunday school, childcare, and age-specific ministries throughout the city.

25s
“You see, when you look at the family tree of Jesus in Matthew chapter one, you're gonna see a long list of names. It'll be really small. You're not gonna be able to read it, but that list, it starts with Abraham and it's carried on through Isaac and through Jacob. But what I want you to see is that it is a dark, dark family tree filled with bad people who all need a savior, filled with evil people who all need a redeemer. It's a family tree of broken people that God refuses to give up on.”

“this proves two things to us as followers of Jesus. Number one, that if Jesus has power over death, then Jesus certainly has power over whatever it is that you and your family are going through right now. Number two, Jesus is a God of resurrection. He turns dead things into alive things. And so if you feel like your family tree is dead, then Jesus and only Jesus can revive your family.”

“Because healing is real, the healing journey that God might want to take you on, it starts when you begin the forgiveness journey. A different way of saying that, your healing can begin when you start to forgive. But Brock, you don't know what they did to me. You do not get it. They don't deserve it. I know. I know they don't deserve it, but neither did you.”

“We have hope today because sin doesn't get the last word. Jesus does. The next blank in your book is that Jesus conquers sin. You see, when you look at the family tree of Jesus in Matthew chapter one, you're gonna see a long list of names. It'll be really small. You're not gonna be able to read it, but that list, it starts with Abraham and it's carried on through Isaac and through Jacob.”

“"Jesus, help me to see what you see."”

“"we're going to be talking through some different examples of Jesus and how he impacted people one at a time. But I would say it just needs to begin with a commitment to pray a simple prayer. And this is my challenge for you. Just to pray the prayer, Jesus, give me your eyes for the one. Help me to see people the way you see people."”

“"What would it look like if you looked at those different environments, if you went into those different spaces and you were always looking through a lens that zoomed in and focused on the one? For Jesus, everything else in his life in that moment blurred into the background. He was fully present with her. Here's what happens next. Luke 8 says, trembling and fell at the feet of Jesus and in the presence of all the people she told why she had touched him and that she had been instantly healed and then he said to her daughter your faith has healed you go in peace it's the way he referenced her that tells you how he saw her he called her he called her daughter one at a time is the way that Jesus changes the world it's the way he has called us to change the world and so the question is how can we learn to live that way and in this series"”

“"the one. But Jesus said, someone touched me. I know because power has gone from me. And so this is the zoom lens way of Jesus, that Jesus seemed to look at the world and notice the one. That's what happened in Luke 8. He's looking for the person who touched him. And then there's this beautiful verse that really impacted me and my understanding of influence and impact. It says, the woman seeing that she could not go unnoticed. I love that. This woman recognizes that Jesus is not going to let her go unnoticed, not even if she wants to. I mean, surrounded by these crushing crowds, she knew the eyes of Jesus would not let her go unseen. And living a life of true influence and impact means that you learn to see people"”

“"Luke says a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for 12 years. but no one could heal her. Luke says she came up behind Jesus and touched the edge of his cloak and immediately her bleeding stopped. And when it happened, Jesus said, who touched me? And everybody around denied it. And Peter said, master, people are crowding and pressing against you. Mark also tells the story and he tells us that the disciples asked Jesus in disbelief, Jesus, you are surrounded by a crowd and yet you're asking who touched me."”
31s
“"I think for many of us, this is one of the biggest obstacles to the one at a time living, is that we are constantly trying to live up to the expectations of people around us, like without meaning to. allow our lives to be dominated, to be determined by the landscape of expectations. And it's hard to take time for the one when you're constantly feeling the pressure of the many."”
