#HumilityFirst
“Another point, a third point is humility, remaining humble even as God increases us. One of the greatest dangers is believing our gift. It makes us spiritually mature. Sometimes when we see God use us in great ways, pride can begin to set in. They can begin to, come a a a a point where we think, actually, you know what? I'm too big to speak in front of five people because I've spoken in front of thousands of people. Or we begin to think, oh, you know what? My gift is too is too prominent for for this audience or for that television program or for that, you know, and we begin to elevate ourselves above who God wants us to to to be. But part of our development is being humble before God.”

#SpotYourGift
“Ask yourself three questions. Where does God constantly use me? When do people genuinely benefit from my ministry? And what ministry in me bears lasting fruit? Those questions are great questions to ask. When you see God use you in an area over and over again and you see actually this is there's fruit in this. People are blessed. People's lives are changed. Then that is an indicator of the gift that God has placed upon you. It might be that you open the scriptures, you begin to teach, and suddenly it's like a light bulb appears on people. And they say, wow. Suddenly, now I understand this scripture because you have explained it to me. That might be a pointer that actually you have a teaching gift that you need to develop and you need to grow and you need to use. Another pointer is confirmation.”

#GrowYourGift
“This the third area of of gifts manifestation is the development stage. So we have found it has been deposited within us. We have discovered what it is, but then there needs to be a development. You know, God is never going to make you, the best prophet there is or the best apostle there is or the best teacher there is the moment you discover your gifts. There is always going to be a process of development. There's always going to be a process of growing in the gift. Discovering a gift is the only the beginning. Every gift requires maturity.”

#ServeToDiscover
“``Serving is often the laboratory where gifts are discovered. You know, just stepping into something and doing it and finding out, you know, God, is this what you've gifted me in? Serving is such an important way. That's why we invite everyone to serve wherever you can. Serve wherever you can. See what you feel like in six months, one year in serving in that ministry. You don't think it's for you, you can move to somewhere else. Go somewhere else, and that is a laboratory where you test and see. Many people wait until they know their gift. Instead, scripture shows us that gifts often become visible while we are served faithfully.”

#EquipForMaturity
“I can't say because I'm a prophet and my gifts are prophet and an apostle. I shouldn't be functioning as an evangelist or as a teacher or as a pastor. Those gifts are still to be there. So what I do is I look to the evangelist to say, help me to become a better evangelist. I look to the pastors to say, help me pastor to be a better pastor, to love people more, to care for them. I look at the teachers to say, help me to understand the scriptures more so I can go and teach others the scripture better. And that's what we do. That's what the the body of Christ function. The bible says that it is to get us to maturity, to get the church to maturity. When we all understand why we what we're doing, we grow to maturity.”

#GiftsUniteToServe
“I believe that God sometimes starts us off with a grace gift before we identify what our fivefold gift is. Sometimes it might be that you find, actually, I'm a good administrator, and I love administering, but then you realize I have the love for the scriptures. I have the love for the word, and I want to spend time reading the word and understanding, and then you realize, actually, I have a teaching gift, and the administrative gift marries up with the teaching gift, and that explodes and makes the church so much more mature and equipped because your giftings now have come to fruition and have and are benefiting the church.”

#UseYourGiftNow
“``God doesn't wait for an opportunity for you to use your gift. Some of us might say, oh, I'm a teacher, but I have no opportunity to teach. Well, there are loads of people that need discipling. There are loads of people that need someone to walk with them through the scriptures. Volunteer there. Don't wait for a platform. Don't wait for a a a an audience. You create that. You get someone alongside with you. Get a young person. Say, do you understand what it means to be baptized in the Holy Spirit? Let me teach you that. Do you understand what it means to use your gifts for God? Let me teach you that. You know? And you use that gift. You develop it, and God will open doors for you. Don't wait for the doors to open for you to use your gift. You use your gift, and then the doors will be opened.”

#EveryoneOnThePitch
“So I talked about a pitch, the analogy of a football team. Everyone on the pitch is meant to be doing something. If someone is on the pitch and he's not running, he's not getting the ball, the game, they're going to lose that game because everyone isn't doing what they are meant to do. The same thing about the body. If you have a body and some of the members are not working properly, there is something wrong. You want every part of your body to function well. You want it to grow well. You want it to be you look after your body so that it becomes all that God wants it to be.”

#ChosenToBlessNations
“``You know, God chose a people, a people group not because he loved them specially more than everyone else. He just really wanted to use them as a conduit for his blessings to the whole world. So he calls Abraham. Before this time, there was no special person. Everyone was the same in God's eyes. At this point, he tells Abraham, I'm going to call a certain people that will come from your loins. I'm going to set them apart, and they will be a blessing to the nations of the world.”

#GoSendPrayGive
“``He sends us out. He commands us to go. He commands us to fulfill his mandate for our lives. And I want to encourage you today. How are you fulfilling that mandate today? How are you fulfilling that? You know, someone said that some will go, some will send, some will pray, and some will give. And someone said again, if you're not going, if you're not sending, if you're not praying, if you're not giving, then you are disobeying. And that's a simple truth.”
