You need to eat this daily so that it gets into your bloodstream and strengthens you and gives you power. The writer of Hebrews said it's like a sword, double edged and sharp, piercing to bone and marrow to intention and thought. I can tell you it shouldn't be true. But after twenty five years of reading this book, whenever I cut into it, it still cuts into me.
