The First Church of God has been part of the Wauseon community since 1890. In 2015 we celebrated our 125th Anniversary. We are an evangelical church, meaning that we emphasize a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as taught in the Holy Bible. Our congregation is part of the Church of God Reformation Movement (offices in Anderson, IN), a fellowship of like-minded churches working together to share the message of salvation, holiness, and unity. Stated simply, we are a church family that believes, teaches, preaches, and endeavors to live out the unchanging principles of God’s Word.
