The danger of becoming so partisan on one side or the other is that our religion, our Christianity can become kind of a means to an end when it is valued mostly for the arguments that we can bring from it to support our position. Because if meetings and policies and movements and causes become, start to become more important than a person's prayer life, a person's personal devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ, then the tail has become wagging the dog. keep her focus on Jesus. God's going to work things out.
