Faith Community Church

You know the reality of a sheep without a shepherd. It will die. They can't feed themselves. They can't protect themselves. They end up on their back. They can't right themselves. Somebody has to clean them. Somebody has to feed them. Somebody has to pull the bugs and thorns out of their wool. Someone has to care for them, lead them to a safe place, provide for them. And when Jesus sees this crowd, he doesn't respond with the, oh, I forgot, Billy had to be picked up from practice. No, he looks at the pressing crowd and he has compassion.
